This is $70 off so it's $129 https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07HZ6YWNB/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_glt_fabc_CS8TWG2YVS94W878YMK2
It supports a cable and is also wireless
That plus the optional insurance seems like a good deal to me if you aren't doing a ton of music
The mic retracts into the headset which is nice

razer nari
Hi, I am after a Cardioid Dynamic USB/XLR microphone for under $100 USD.
I want a USB/XLR so I can use the USB until I get an audio interface I want. I tend to be soft-spoken so the gaming mics I have used in the past would either fall down to low or were just cheap si they wouldn't pick up my voice or would cut out. I would also like some Audio Interface/headphone recommendations.
I have used the Astro A40 TRs with the Gen 3 mix amp, Razer Man-O-Wars, and I am currently using a Blue Snowball that I am borrowing.
I was looking at the Audio Technica ATR2100, Audio Technica AR2005, and the Samson Q2U but wanted to get another opinion. I like the ATR2100 the most because I know the brand and its USB type C.
The Audio interface I was looking at was a Line 6 UX2 because it has the XLR and 6.5mm inputs So I could put an XLR mic, headphones, and a guitar or soundboard which is what I'm after. I know Line 6 is a reliable company and I ran it by my Gramps who has an Apolo Twin Duo and he said it would be great for what I want to do.
I know jack about headphones but know what kind of "Headband" I want. I tend to wear hats with my headphones and I tend to wear headphones for hours at a time. So I need something comfortable and durable. I have a big head and have had headbands snap in the past after a week of use. I want something like this Razer Nari Band. Something either leather or fabric that can be adjusted and isn't the structure of the headset like the Astro A40's or the Razer Man-O-Wars I use.
I like bass I listen to a lot of Rock music so I don't know if Open back or closed back is the way to go. I don't have a whole lot of background noise around me so I think open back would be fine but I know for gaming closed back is preferred.
Any recommendations are apricated Thanks for your help.
