Your best best is to get the Razer Viper Ultimate. It is an FK clone and has amazing wireless technology. It pretty ticks almost all your requirements. The dock is one of the best features as you just place it on the dock to charge.
I use this one. It works great. It's light. You can program the dpi to your liking and even make macros and presets for your games.

Long time Logi mice user, decided to try out a Razer Viper Ultimate to try out the optical switches, and I'm tired of black mice. :) Been very happy with it, and loving the 74g weight, and the dock is such a joy. (Coming from a G903 Hero)
I got mine for $99 on Amazon with 3 month payments. The problem is that the black is the one that is "locked" in at $99, and the other colors fluctuate and rise as they sell. (Dealer doesn't have the prices locked down) However, if you wait, they do drop after a few days.

Razer viper wires, or model O. The Razer Viper Ultimate wireless is currently 50 dollars off and is 100 dollars. I would really really suggest shelling out an extra 20 dollars over your budget for the mouse.

Honestly don't think the shape is for me since I typically don't like flat mice but there's no harm in trying it out.
