First of all, congrats on dating your BTGGF! As someone with some BTGGF (more like STGGF) insight, I think you have a lot of good avenues to explore with the occultish stuff. If you happen to live near a metaphysical shop, stop in and ask the shop owner for some advice. They'll probably hook you up with some neat shit.

Idk about who she is exactly, but there are like, cat stockings on the market that are cute and gothy. Honestly, stockings of any variety would seem pretty tight *badum tish*. I'm biased, but I think funky little socks would make a wonderful gift.

And of course, MAKE her a cute card. Maybe put some pressed flowers in it? OOH you could get her a journal/book of shadows with a flower pressed into the front cover or something.
