Rebuilding by Bruce Fisher
I don't have any specific advice, but I do have two resources that helped me when I was struggling after my divorce.
The first is Seeing Green, a blog post about what it's like to be in the Church when following its formula seems to work out for everybody else, but not for you.
The second is the book that my medical doctor recommended to me when I was struggling to keep my head above water after the divorce: Rebuilding: When Your Relationship Ends. It is a completely secular resource, but no single resource helped me as much as this book did.
Instead of merely telling me what I "should" do, this book helped me examine my own life and understand where I was doing well and where I wasn't. It helped me figure out what steps I needed to take to get better.
For me, this book was invaluable.
How did he abuse you? This is a good book that helped me.
