Text size isn't that bad. Would say it's a normal size. Currently the hardback is still discounted on Amazon.
The map is broken into sections. This might be my only complaint. You don't get a full map with nothing on it, like the GTA guide. Basically they show a full map with a key cutting up the map, telling you which page number has that part of the map. Then when you go to that page, you'll see a detailed zoomed in section of the map.
Still a really nice guide for that price.
