go though Sanders rhcsa8 book which walks you though all of this in a sandbox homelab environment.
I used this to study and pass rhcsa back in aug2020. absolutely invaluable.
Best of luck and enjoy the insanity followed by gratification of spinning up a VM, breaking it, fixing it, repeat...
OK. I'm seeing that the newest Sander van Vugt RHEL 8 book has some editing errors, you don't happen to know how specifically his book is for content do you? 4.4/5 tends to be pretty solid for certification books either way. I will check the O'Reilly site too. I think I already did a Free Trial through them, but y'know, one maintains multiple E-mails for a reason.
Thanks,
I never studied for the rhcsa7 so i dont know what the differences are.
There is study material out for RHSCA8 Link to Sanders rhcsa8 book - this is all i used

BOOKS and RESOURCES:
The most important thing to understand, regardless of what source you are using to prepare for RHCSA(videos, books, websites.. etc) , covering the RHCSA objectives should be your main goal. you know that you are ready to take the RHCSA exam, when you check all the objectives and you feel comfortable with them.
That being said, you can study from any source, books, videos or websites as long as you cover the objectives, you can use the Red Hat official documentation to read about the topics, or you can also check out CertDeposit , as I mentioned earlier its a great website.
If I were to recommend a book, I would recommend these two books not based on the book itself but based on me watching a few videos of the authors of these books covering some RHCSA topics.
ONLINE COURSES:
1. RHCSA Practice Exam Questions Video Course(EX200-RHEL 8.0)
2. RHCSA Exam Training by Infinite Skills
Sander van Vugt's book for RHCSA 8 is coming out on December 23th, this is what amazon says on their site :

You can also check out Red Hat Certs Slack Workspace that you can ask for help if you stuck with something.

Videos? Websites?
I mostly used the rapid track book which is the official Red Hat book, but for all the new concepts that I have no prior knowledge to, I do a simple YouTube video search and I watch the videos to understand the concept. I did not follow a specific channel or playlist but this guy (The Linux Man) was my favorite, he produces high quality videos in which he simplifies things and explain them in a clear manner. Sadly he doesn't cover all the RHCSA topics but the topics he covers are simply awesome. Check him out
Moving to websites! Certdepot is my favorite website for getting different tips and to cover most of the RHCSA objectives in a simple way, also you can find how to set up the server side in the tasks that require client-server.

IMPORTANT , in my opinion, once you choose a book, stick to it and focus on it, I find that helps organize the information in your mind and it will be easier to follow and memorize.
