Are you raw or equipped? I've lifted USAPL raw as a 60kg (I'm 5'6"). I've worn Rehband women's knee sleeves, a Best Belt 3" 10mm belt. I don't wear wrist wraps, or I haven't in the past. I noticed at my last meet, several women used a tapered belt, and actually I would probably go with that in the future because it also works for weightlifting, and I do both. But I would suggest unless you have a long torso, that you go with a 3" powerlifting belt rather than 4". Or a tapered belt.
