I highly recommend using a fluoride/hydrogen peroxide mouth wash in parallel with flossing sticks (in fact, let the mouth wash sit in your mouth for about 10 seconds and then use the floss sticks while you still have the mouth wash in there.)
Combining that with a bakingsoda/peroxide toothpaste has worked wonders for me. I use the mouthwash/flossers/toothpaste after everytime I eat not morinng/night.
