I’m seeing 25v and 400w max PV input for that charge controller. Your panels would exceed the max voltage and wattage listed. It may not fry it as it’s just slightly over, but I still wouldn’t recommend it.

Is the inverter attached to the distribution/fuse panel in the center? I think it's more common for the inverter, NoCo, and charge controller to go to the battery bank (or maybe a bus bar).

Some thoughts, unrelated to safety:

• solar + isolator + shore = happy batteries. Good on ya.
• panel type is not specified, but all things being equal you'll get more power from poly+pwm than mono+pwm (same for shunt; see below)
• I don't think that controller is PWM in the normal sense. I'd say it's a shunt (on-off) controller based on the documentation.
  
  • That's not a problem when batteries are cycled regularly; I'd set that controller to 14.5v as the battery mfg FAQ states.
    
  • If the van will be in the sun but the batteries not used regularly you might want to buy a traditional 20A PWM for about the same price. A 20A shunt is usually $10-$15 but WindyNation is proud of their stuff. You could also just lower the shunt's voltage to ~13.6v as Vmax says for Vfloat before storage in the sun.
