Sorry it's multivitamin, I apparently spaced out and forgot what it actually was here's the link to what I use, I also use the normal calcium and calcium with vitamin D from this brand
Rep-Cal SRP00300 Herptivite Multivitamin and Mineral Powder Reptile/Amphibian Supplement, 3.3-Ounce https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00BS96HRM/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_cKn9zbYF65DEV
That stuff has phosphorus in it, ditch it. Don't use that or Reptivite multivitamins.
Get either Herptivite or Repashy calcium plus LoD.
I use the Rep-cal Herpitvite about once every 10 days
The Rep-cal calcium with vitamin d about once a week:
and the Rep-cal calcium without vitamin d about twice a week
The Repashy Superfoods, I believe, is meant to be an all-in-one inclusive supplement that does not require any different supplements. In all honesty, it probably doesn't matter which brand of vitamin or calcium you use. If you are able to feed your uro a sufficiently varied diet similar to what they would have in nature, supplements shouldn't even be necessary. Because most animals diets in captivity are never exactly the same as the would be in nature it is good to provide supplements to help fill in the gaps. but supplements probably aren't really necessary for most properly cared for uromastyx. I believe all of the multivitamins have pretty similar ingredients. I recommend you use calcium without vitamin D as too much vitamin D can cause your uro to absorb too much calcium and if you're using sufficient UVB then his body should naturally produce the right amount of vitamin D. It is okay to give some Vitamin D in moderation if you are concerned your uro is not exposed to as much UVB as he would be in nature. I give mine vitamin d about once a week and regular calcium the other 2-3 days per week. As long as you don't supply excess vitamin D then you can safely give your uro as much calcium as you want and any excess will pass because uros need vitamin D to absorb the calcium. Calcium with vitamin D is mainly used for species that are not provided UVB or if you aren't able to provide enough UVB. I use a little bit just in case, but it probably isn't even necessary.
He doesn't eat any mealworms because he's too afraid of them and they're too big for him, so he's a dusted fruit fly only guy. The other toads get 1 or 2 small ones a week, but they're still mostly on fruit flies. They all get Herptivite 3-4 days a week and just regular Calcium+D3 the other days. His legs and arms have been fine up until this afternoon, so it just sort of came on out of the blue.
He's breathing is steady, but slower than normal. He's mostly sitting around and hiding under his favorite leaf right now, occasionally doing wobbly wiggling and clicking his mouth. When I moved his leaf, he stood up on his legs like he was trying to fight me or scare me away, so he seems a bit defensive right now. I'll try to post a video soon, but I've been trying to let him relax a little since I think he's stressed from earlier and if he's sick then stressing him seems mean. I know that this is a Budgett's Frog, but Lemon's walk is similar to this. It's awkward, wobbly, and a bit unbalanced.
No problem! Leos seem to be relatively hardy, so there's a lot of incomplete or frankly poor information out there.
For multivitamins, all of these are good. A small jar will last a long time, as you don't need a lot for dusting:
