As cheap as possible with center knurling....
I'd take a hard look at the Rep Fitness Sabre bar. Be aware that there is an option with center knurling and an option without. So if you go that route, be sure to pick the option with center knurling. It's available on Amazon for $180 and free shipping (cheaper on their site, but shipping not included). The main question may be whether or not the knurling (overall, not just the center) is as aggressive as you'd like. And it has a 28mm shaft. So if you're used to say a 29mm shaft (pretty common in gyms), it may seem small and dig in a bit more on pressing lifts. 28mm and 28.5mm are very common sizes though (28mm being the standard for weight lifting bars).

If you can go without center knurling, it opens up more options.
