I know Mist king is what most people use for humidity but I bought this about a year ago and have zero complaints. It’s running 3 tanks. REPTI ZOO 10L Reptile Mister... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07PRS6YCC?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
Also dart frogs don’t require a heating element or UVB. Room temperature is good.
Forgot to mention glass box tropical for plants as well. I’ve bought from them and everything went get.
Since it’s a bigger enclosure, a fogger will be mostly useless unfortunately. I recommend a top-down mister system. This is what I have - REPTI ZOO 10L Reptile Mister Fogger Terrariums Humidifier Extremly High Pressure Silent Pump Fog Machine Misting Rainforest Sprayer System Tank with 4PCS Nozzles for a Variety of Reptiles/Amphibians https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07PRS6YCC/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_GZJQES4XJMKC3DNG1C44 Though you can definitely get away with others that are cheaper, but I think the quality and fine tuning you can get with this system is worth the price. Also make sure your cage is ventilated well enough for when that humidity rises… stagnant 60%+ humidity will cause fungal and respiratory issues. It’s a fine balance between getting the humidity high and not having it be a cesspit of fungal growth 😂
It grew well, but never flowered until I got a Repti-zoo water misting system. After setting it up so the plants got a solid soaking for 2 minutes a day, it just went gangbusters.
His enclosure’s humidity should be at a constant 70-80%, which can be achieved by a mister system (I mean, unless you’re going to be the system and spray his enclosure down every 30 min, lol). If you can spring for it, this is what I have and it’s great - REPTI ZOO 10L Reptile Mister Fogger Terrariums Humidifier Extremly High Pressure Silent Pump Fog Machine Misting Rainforest Sprayer System Tank with 4PCS Nozzles for a Variety of Reptiles/Amphibians https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07PRS6YCC/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_i_9T191M41K1R7FHCNW14A
But there are definitely cheaper systems out there too (a fogger is not a mister, and it’s inadequate for the humidity).

Or just a regular spray bottle like I used to do
we switched from a humidifier to this reptile mister. made things much more manageable and semi automated. using it in an XL cage (partly wrapped with shower curtain to help keep in humidity in) with one adjustable mister (out of 4) on the lowest mister setting is enough. a bit pricey but well worth it since using a humidifier ended being a pain for us.
I ordered this one from Amazon a few months ago. Works great, good pressure, easy to setup and has a timer. Set it and forget it.
A humidifier is usually worth it if you feel like spending enough money on one. They are usually better for quality of life as they require only intermittent refilling. If you want to buy one I wouldn't buy the repti rain. Its tank will only last a few days and it only powers about two nozzles effectively. I use this one ( https://www.amazon.com/REPTI-ZOO-Terrariums-Humidifier-Rainforest/dp/B07PRS6YCC.) Its reservoir lasts for more then a month and it is much easier to fill up.
