I’ve been losing weight since engaged and I bought this and have loved it! It’s comfortable, easy to take on and off, and you cut it yourself. It comes with a decent amount of it, so as I’ve continued loosing weight I’ve just made the cut bigger and it’s worked perfectly!
We haven’t been able to get our rings resized due to Covid, but I think my ring is at least half a size too big at the moment.
You can get these plastic ring sizer things that look like telephone coils that you cut and swivel onto the ring to make it fit better, no ring cutting required! I have one on my engagement ring that was still too big after a resizing (you aren't supposed to size down too much). I suggest trying all of the different types they give you and cutting about 0.5" to make it fit well. Bonus, the underside of the ring never scratches! Ring size adjuster
Mine's on the looser side, it fits more snug with the wedding band on there too and I panic and fiddle with the ring when it's too tight which makes my finger swell. Anyways, I bought this https://www.amazon.ca/Adjuster-Invisible-Transparent-Silicone-Tightener/dp/B07G5Z9X4G/ref=mp_s_a_1_4?dchild=1&keywords=ring+adjuster&qid=1623381423&sr=8-4 instead of sizing down because of those reasons, could be another option for you for the cold months.
Yes! :) like Sunny said they have a bunch on Amazon - here's a link: https://www.amazon.com/Adjuster-Invisible-Transparent-Silicone-Tightener/dp/B07G5Z9X4G/ref=mp_s_a_1_5?dchild=1&keywords=ring+noodle&qid=1602301393&sprefix=ring+n&sr=8-5
And they have the plain/smooth plastic or silicone tube type ones too - if you don't like the curly/old telephone cord type :)
I bought these silicone/TPU sizers on Amazon! Super simple, and because they give you about 4" worth, you can just cut off longer pieces as you continue to lose weight, or cut smaller pieces as your fingers swell. You get multiple diameters in a pack.
Search 'ring size adjuster' on Amazon. I use this set because it has sizes for different width bands. Just twist on enough to make the ring fit tightly (because you are going to lose more weight and the ring will become looser!)

Something like this may work if it's only a small size difference. https://smile.amazon.com/Adjuster-Invisible-Transparent-Silicone-Tightener/dp/B07G5Z9X4G/
Amazon has a ton of nice looking tungsten and titanium rings for super cheap. I can share some of the ones on my list if you'd like.

I’m on mobile so I can’t see your whole flair, but if you haven’t reached your goal weight yet I highly recommend getting some ring size adjusters like these: www.amazon.com/dp/B07G5Z9X4G/ in the meantime!
I considered getting my e-ring resized when I was 10lbs away from my goal weight and I’m glad I didn’t because I lose another half-size with those 10lbs!
I wouldn't resize until you settle down. You could get a ring adjuster in the meantime. I got these (no affiliation) because you could really customize the size. But there are other kinds out there.

This is what I use on my ring in the winter. It's truly not noticeable and can easily be put on during cooler weather and removed when it warms up.
I use this on my ring in the winter when my fingers are cold and smaller. It's really subtle but works well.
I currently have a cheap ring size adjuster on my engagement ring. It's too big, but I'm worried that once its summer time and my fingers swell, plus I add the width of a wedding band that I'm going to want it adjusted bigger and I don't want to get it resized a bunch of times if I can avoid it. It's been working out just fine. Worth the $4 investment.
Size the ring to your summer size, and if it fits looser in colder months pick up some of these 😊 they'll adjust the ring to fit ¼-½ size smaller
I'd measure the largest point of your finger. You can use a silicone ring size adjuster to help it stay on comfortably, something like this could work: https://www.amazon.com/Adjuster-Invisible-Transparent-Silicone-Tightener/dp/B07G5Z9X4G
How exciting!
No info about local places, but if all else fails this is an option too: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07G5Z9X4G/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_fabc_7K85FbYYYBJ78
