I have that chair, and I bought this cup holder to go with it. Seems to work fairly well, but there's a couple things to note:
Firstly, I had to replace the chair. One of the bolts came out and it took a little bit of doing to get it replaced (it was just outside the 30 day return period. I called Amazon directly saying, "hey, look, I know this is just outside warranty but here's the deal..." and was able to convince them.) This suggests that build quality isn't great, but it's only a single example and the replacement (have had for less than a month now) does not seem to be repeating the issue. Yet.
Second, the cup holder: be careful where and how you attach it. Because of the way the chair folds, you have to attach it low on the legs to avoid interfering with the chair closing, risking damage to the chair or the cup holder, depending. It's a great cup holder, attaches easily and securely and holds up to two large cups (or fishing poles ;) ) with no issues, it's just important to be aware of where it's attached. It does rest at an angle, (because the legs on the chair are angled) which isn't an issue for me as I just have to leave a small amount of space in the cups I'm placing inside, but may be an issue for some people.
Im a tech based out of Miami and 90% of my work is on location in the heat. Often throughout the day I'll have my fans set to full blast (or at least I did before I got my M1 Max) to keep my machine running cool. Obviously this would kill my internal battery but Im always plugged into a Zendure SuperTank. I have 4 of these and usually that will last me a day unless Im doing some extra heavy lifting or its exceptionally hot out. Ive never used the Pro version and these are a bit cheaper. I have 2 of these chargers going at all times in the moho or where ever I can find power. A comon complant I hear is they arent mountable to the digiplate. Personaly I just stick them in my robocup or my tripod apron. Never had any issues, highly recommend these if you're looking for external power on location.
Bonus benefit to the trim: Will keep moisture out of the plywood seams... those panels are going to last years longer with the trim.
Not sure how much it'll do for kid impact though. I've seen some cut pool noodles in half for that purpose.

Clip one of these onto side of handlebar.
Acouple of these for the kiddos (mount to side wood panels)

And... electric kit??? You'll ride it further and use it more with some assist.
