I was not a big fan of the milk create especially if you have center console as it made it a little more difficult to swing leg over bike. I ended up getting these pannier bags which works great for small runs but believe they sell larger ones.
It seems to have gone up a little since I bought it. It was still expensive at $80 when I bought it. But it's a great bag.
I bought mine because I don't have a car anymore and I was sick of every commute being a workout. They are TBH game changing. Depending on your weight you might not go up a hill any faster (I'm on the heavier side and usually can only make about 8mph on the big hills) but it's more like walking up them. Basically they make hills pretty trivial, especially gradual ones although the big ones too.
You'll still get a workout if you use pedal assist, which I recommend, it'll just be more like walking at a nice pace. My HR usually peaks at about 105ish but I get to see so much more of my area vs where I'd go on my normal bike, e.g. 20+ mile rides are basically only limited by the battery, like I said I'm heavier and get less mileage than advertised but still plenty for my needs.
Be sure to get a good rack bag like the rockbros one I got with fold down paniers. Other upgrades I felt I had to make were wider pedals (1up composites ~$50) as I have wide feet, and a freewheel with a smaller small gear 11-28 to help with the "ghost pedaling" at higher speeds. The freewheel upgrade seems to be a universal problem on all ebikes. Supposedly something related to warranty and wear and tear on the 11tooth cogs. 🤷♂️ Not a huge deal if you can't upgrade though, the ghost pedaling is just something you'll have to live with.
>Rockbros trunk bag
Is this the bag that you added? I love the idea of an expandable side extension but I can't seem to find that anywhere. Is this something the bag does on its own?

My personal experience is that if you are going to put a battery in this, as I have, the Juiced Relay Rack is a must. The metal plate is great for the stability of the cells
A RockBros bag I got from Amazon and modified to work with the Juiced Relay Rack

I changed out my bags. I got the rockbros bag. It's not insulated. But I've rocked some grocery runs. Even brought home ice cream.

It's this bag.
Marathon Plus MTB tires, they are e-bike rated and bulletproof https://www.schwalbetires.com/bike_tires/off-road_tires/marathon_plus_mtb
Ergo grips, much more comfortable for your wrists: https://www.ergonbike.com/en/product.html?a=griffe
You have a suspension seat post, I wouldn't go for a super soft seat. A Selle Royal Gel seat is what I run https://www.selleroyal.com/en/category/comfort (Moderate/Relaxed are defined by the angle you sit at, see their chart to determine which kind you need. You want good support on your sit bones)
Front and rear fenders make a huge difference in comfort as well
A good pannier bag that extends is super useful, the sides on my unzip into full bags on each side: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B079M1RDJ8/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Suspension seat post, I bought the one they sell from Kinekt. Way easier on the ass, especially because the back has no suspension.
The special wrench to remove the rear wheel, zip ties, a multitool. Can't be out there with no way to remove your back wheel just in case something happens.
Better brake pads, sintered or semi metallic, because the resin pads wear out within 500 miles (for me at least)
A GOOD helmet with MIPS, look for something rated for mountain biking like one from Specialized or Bontager. A $20 Walmart special will disintegrate if you go down at 30mph. And not in the good way.
If you go hard like I do, regularly cruising 28-33mph, downhill over 40, consider armor. Downhill MTB vests: https://www.competitivecyclist.com/alpinestars-vector-tech-protection-long-sleeve-jacket?skidn=APN01KD-BK-S&ti=UExQIENhdDpCaWtlIENoZXN0ICYgU3BpbmUgUHJvdGVjdGlvbjoxOjExOmNjQ2F0MTAwMDA0
And always wear full fingered gloves.
For the rear rack, a better light. Mine broke the first time I tried to take it off to replace the batteries. Luckily I had another one.
I love this bag, the sides extend for a huge amount of storage when you need it: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B079M1RDJ8/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_FGmLFbPD1E3D9?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
I've got one of these trunk bags on my rear rack, bit at the back holds really big bottles.
