Strobic, really glad you posted this. I have the same problem as you guys. I kited 4 straight weeks, super hard, this spring with no flare up. Then I had one reaaaaally gusty day at home and my elbow has been sore for 6 weeks. I was jumping high and I guess having to really yank the kite sometimes to land soft in the gusty conditions. I overdid something.
I also got a Theraband from Amazon. That thing works wonders. I got the green one and the blue one. I also got one of those tennis elbow braces to wear during activity that stresses the ligament. I got one that's like 3" wide so it gives a lot of support.
There's been no wind around here for a while so I've only kited once since the big flareup. My elbow didn't get worse from that session. What I notice is it starts to get sore if I don't do the Theraband excercises. I'm hoping after some consistent weeks with it, my pain will go away.
For future big sessions, I'm gonna try this tape:

You kinda need someone else to apply it for you, but it looks like it'd do a lot of supporting. It'll stay on a few days apparently.
Here's a video of a therapist applying it to a blond chick:

Post back later and let us know if any of this stuff helps you!
