I would like to enter but I don't actually know what I would pick with that budget yet. I can't really get lost down a window-shopping rabbit hole right now because I'll be there for hours and my internet connection is horrible for the day.

So if you can be flexible about the Amazon links please do count this description as my entry.

I've been looking at the Manker right angle lights for a while, and I prefer smaller AA/AAA EDC lights, especially high CRI inspection and penlights with decent throw.

I've also been looking at the Rovyvon rechargeable compacts because they're doing some next level stuff there.

And with a budget of $56 I promise I would maximize the hell out of it and might be able to get 2 or even 3 EDC lights.

Ah hell I fell down the rabbit hole. If I had to pick one light right now it would be this one:

But I kind of want to find out if they make the A8 with the luminous body, because having that with the UV sidelight would just be ridiculously awesome and weird. You could charge up the luminous case with the UV light and the whole thing would light up like a glowstick when it was on.
