Pardon me if I missed something (and I've spent most of my time on here talking about lactate thresholds, marathon training, foam rollers, etc.), but in the description of the sub it says _*"*Advanced" running is not a distance, nor a time, nor a pace, etc. It's a mindset."_
I interpreted that in this case as "this is advanced in that I've spent a lot of time thinking seriously about it, and I thought other serious runners would resonate."
Maybe to put it another way, would you say that a post about George Sheehan's Running and Being would not belong here? Because I'd say that's a classic book for serious runners, but it's as much about philosophy and lifestyle (the "why") as it is about racing tips or Vo2 max.
