You might find better results if you search for DAS (Direct Attached Storage). Many of these devices which advertise RAID also support JBOD, so be sure to read the description of the product.

You can also look up Synology "slim" enclosures but, being NAS devices, they're quite expensive.
Anything with 6-8 days is likely to cost you. You may be able to save some money by purchasing two smaller enclosures instead.
