Depends what you have to use for an intermediary. Personally, I own one of these toasters https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07CSG4XM4/ and do it often enough to justify it. Pop both drives, hit the clone button and come back in a couple hours. Has the added benefit that whenever somebody brings me some drive 'I need to get things off this HELP' I can do it without needing to tear down my desktop.

Otherwise you're going to need a system where you can connect both drives and run a disk clone software. Macrium is pretty robust at it https://www.macrium.com/reflectfree but I've lost track what you can do in the free version.
