This is what I used. It's a concentrate so it does need dilution.
Don't use the 3-in-1 you talked about. It has 'potassium salts of fatty acids' which is insecticidal soap. I should have been more clear in my first post because while I've used the safer brand insecticidal soap, I don't use it on my carnivorous plants because it can hurt them.
