I have the note 4. Yes, you need the original innovator edition. That's the only option (well, unless you are not afraid to try and mod the current version to fit the note 4 phone. Search this forum and you'll find out how.). It's $199 to $249.

It's the one that has the white plastic on the top head strap as shown here:

You can't have a case on it. You can plug your phone in while using it, though.

As far as the different headset models, there's 3 of them.

• 1st Innovator Edition (Note 4 only)
• 2nd Innovator Edition (S6 and S6 Edge only)
• Consumer Edition (S7, S7 edge, Note 5, S6 edge+, S6, S6 edge)

As you can see, you need the 1st version of the Innovator Edition. Ouch on the price though. You'll want to find used. There should be enough people ditching them after upgrading to a new phone.

Lucky to have gotten it for $150 but if you do find one I'd recommend getting it. Just get your own sd card
