A thumb drive would probably be the cheapest. I don’t know about you but my save data was only close to 8gb so a 16gb is fine for my needs. This one is showing Prime Today delivery for me but YMMV SanDisk 16GB Ultra USB 3.0 Flash Drive - SDCZ48-016G-UAM46 https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00KZIXSP6/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_fabt1_3rRRFbQBSV3JM
You need 16 GB. No less to get all 90 minutes of "pause" time. But more than 16 GB won't get you any more than 90 minutes.

I just flashed this yesterday building my first PC. I initially used a 3.0 sandisk cruzer 8GB. LED flashed for a few seconds then went solid (it wasn't working). Grabbed the only other USB I had, a sandisk 16gb ultra 3.0 USB. Worked just fine. I've seen comments saying to use 2.0 only, use small GB size. Don't think that matters tbh. Maybe just luck of the draw.

Specific USB I used: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00KZIXSP6/ref=cm_sw_r_oth_api_fabc_hnPYFb4ZEMQ9E?
Note: It took mine 5-6 minutes. LED flashed the entire time until the end, the LED turned off. The other lights were on on the mobo. No PSU fans ever ran. Working fine now
Welcome to Wal-Mart electronics.
Pretty sure Reset this PC will just reinstall Windows on the HDD. Order a USB drive on Amazon for like 9 dollars.

I just happened to leave this comment a moment ago, elsewhere, but I think its fitting here as well:
I used to run Left 4 Dead (a Steam game) on the Mac side but once I used Bootcamp Windows to install Steam and L4D I realized aiming, shooting and mouse responsiveness was much MUCH better on Windows—not to mention graphic textures and frame rate improvement helped my game; I got so much better at it. So I recommend giving up on Mac gaming and just install Bootcamp. Its not hard. You spend 20-30 minutes to install Windows 10 (for free!) and the rest of your gaming years are so much better.
To answer your question—Most older games are 32-bit so it won't run on Catalina. [This is why Catalina won't play most steam games and why Windows is the best permanent solution for Mac users]
To install Bootcamp all you need to do is
Buy or find a 16GB (or higher) USB drive—which costs $6
Run Boot Camp Assistant which comes with macOS, in the Applications > Utilities folder. [What BCA does is put Windows 10 install file (.iso), and your Mac drivers, onto your USB drive.
BCA will partition your drive (I recommend at least 100GB for the Windows partition) and then will install Windows 10.
Voila! Now install Steam and your games. You will be so happy you did. Just be sure to play with Video settings to get the optimal frame rate and resolution.
Ok so I mentioned Windows 10 is free. Totally true. They want you to pay, though, so they put an Activate Windows watermark in the lower right after about a month of use, and it only shows up occasionally. It isn't annoying, I'm totally used to it by now, and have no plans to pay for Windows just to run Steam.
[Note: this is really easy stuff. You don't need to be technically minded. But if you need assistance just reach out to me on Reddit or use YouTube videos to guide you through the install. Cheers!]
