I really enjoyed Savage Dominon by Luke Chmilenko and GD Penman. The second book comes out tomorrow.
Have you considered some more traditional fantasy?
There are a ton of other SFF on KU. They almost certainly won't have quite the same accelerated curve of zero-to-hero that Progression Fantasy often has.
It is hard to think of something similar to the Infinite World. Partly because (so far) it is a series that lacks a huge world threatening problem. Even the imminent calamity that gets referenced is self-imposed.
If you’re looking for something that straddles the line between LitRPG and progression fantasy, I’ve been enjoying Savage Dominion by Luke Chmilenko and G. D. Penman.
MC dies in chap 1, is reborn into a world of monsters, heroes, heroic monsters, and dumb jokes (that, I have to admit, are funny).

I googled "Pillars of Divinity" and "Amaranth" and got the LitRPG book Savage Dominion by Luke Chmilenko and G. D. Penman.
