First link is Jocko, he talks about it there. Second link is First Class Fatherhood, I can't remember if he speaks about it there. Third link is his Audiobook (because I'm an audiobook listener). Fourth "link" is either reddit limiting links or my pc but that's the print edition. Love him or hate him go to the original source to form opinions and not third parties.
