The stock radio (not touch screen) works but i had to buy a two channel adapter thingy to connect to my amplifier I have mounted to the back of the subs.
Sorry I misspoke.
So basically my deck has audio tuning, I can move the glider for balance (more sound in back or more sound in front, as well left or right) I can also adjust the different frequencies for bass, treble, mid.

Amazon sells this. Since I don’t have rcas coming off my deck, I would need to splice that unit into my rear speakers, but when I am using my subwoofer off of the rear speakers what I’m asking is, say for example I want to adjust (at the deck) my cars speaker treble, well that would feed treble to the rear speakers as well, so then wouldn’t it feed treble to the sub
> line-level input
Thank you so much! I really do appreciate it. So than what do I need to buy for those three devices? I searched "line-level input" on Amazon and a bunch of products like this came up- https://www.amazon.com/SCOSCHE-LOC2SL-2-Channel-Adjustable-Amplifier/dp/B00LIAHSM4/ref=sr_1_4?dchild=1&keywords=line+level+input&qid=1584671390&sr=8-4
Or is line level input just what's on the back of the receiver? Any cables I need to buy?
Can you please link me to the exact products you think I should buy?
Without an aftermarket head unit, you'll need a line output converter to get the signal to the amp. Something like this will do the trick.

Easiest way is new head unit. "rigged way" is to get a "bass knob" which is just a dial that require to to have a line converter or you have to splice in anyways. So Honest opinion, just get a better head unit...sure it costs a little bit more but the factory unit is "meh" at best and if you are gunna have to splice in, might as well just go full tilt.
Link below if you really wanna take the splice route:

I do not think that amp is bridgeable try using one channel for now. The subwoofer is 4ohms with RMS rating of 175w, the amp is rated at 38w x2 at 4ohms so could just not be enough power. Get a line out converter so you can use RCA, this one does not have a crossover but you can find some with them built in, but it does come with a remote turn on wire so you do not need to use the switch.
you still need an amp but you can use this to tie into your stock system https://www.amazon.ca/SCOSCHE-LOC2SL-Line-Out-Converter-Control/dp/B00LIAHSM4

ok so this is $330 in Canada and there is no way he is going to pay for that. I have also read that the amp is doing all the cross over work in this truck and the signals to each pair of speakers is limited. If I do one of thesehttps://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B00LIAHSM4/ref=ox_sc_act_title_2?smid=A3DWYIK6Y9EEQB&psc=1
Should I fix it to the sub wires since it will be a sub
This is the line level converter I'm using: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00LIAHSM4/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_fab_Ji5DFbQYYAVNR
And I used this wiring diagram to know what's what on the sub harness: https://www.focusst.org/attachments/6252d1363932011-2013-focus-st-sony-amp-wiring-diagram-sony-wiring-diagram-png.104841/
