yeah for sure!
Agile stuff: Here is the Scrum Guide. It's the main document I reference: https://scrumguides.org/docs/scrumguide/v2020/2020-Scrum-Guide-US.pdf This will give you a good idea of the framework.
Here's an article on Psychological Safety. Many senior agile coaches claim that it's the most important factor for a healthy agile team. https://hbr.org/2017/08/high-performing-teams-need-psychological-safety-heres-how-to-create-it It's a good read.
Conceptual book: Scrum by JJ Sutherland (I like this on Audiobook). How to book: Scrum by Kenneth Ruben https://www.amazon.com/Scrum-audiobook/dp/B00NHZ6PPE/ref=sr_1_1?keywords=scrum+the+art+of+doing+twice+the+work&qid=1649286379&sprefix=scrum+tw%2Caps%2C114&sr=8-1
Best of luck. :)

I think the amount of effort to create games is no different from any other software projects and thus the same advice applies for games as does normal software projects. I recommend reading a book on Agile development (checkout https://www.amazon.com/Scrum-audiobook/dp/B00NHZ6PPE/ref=sr_1_5?dchild=1&keywords=scrum&qid=1599053099&sr=8-5). This will help you complete large, complex projects like games and it will also help you develop a marketable skill. Best of luck to you! Hopefully you can find game development enjoyable agailn!
