On Amazon the Kaze Flex are currently 18% off. Not sure what the normal price is, but they're $14USD currently. Kaze Flex Amazon
Definitely Define 7. Hard drives do not need tons of air to keep them cool. Just put a wall of 120mm fans up front. For the fans I would stay away from high static pressure fans, you don't have a radiator with tons of resistance, you need general case fans. I also wouldn't recommend getting Noctuas, they're good, but they're too expensive, I'd go with Scythe Flex instead https://www.amazon.com/Scythe-Sealed-Precision-120mm-300-1200/dp/B0763TSZ59
I have Define 7 with 3950x and 12 hard drives in similar configuration, three 120mm fans up front at around 1100RPM and three 140mm exhaust fans at roughly 600-900rpm depending on CPU temperatures. Extremely quiet and no problems with any of the temps even under near 100% cpu load.
I want to know if these fans will work because I got a couple of them for Christmas and I want to know if they will work in the Alienware Aurora R10. https://www.amazon.com/Scythe-Sealed-Precision-120mm-300-1200/dp/B0763TSZ59/ref=sr\_1\_2?crid=257CBCVG2PQWS&keywords=scythe+fans&qid=1641442616&sprefix=scythe+fans%2Caps%2C130&sr=8-2
Case intake fans and CPU Cooler fans are interchangeable. Higher pressure and airflow are obviously better.
The fan that comes with your Scythe Mugen 5 Rev. B is the $13 Scythe Kaze Flex 120mm which is 1.05 mmH2O.
Basically, just buy any decent case fan designed to have high static pressure. Arctic P12, Be Quiet Silent Wings 3, and Noctua NF P12 are the staples; but there are plenty of other decent fans as well.
I have been very satisfied with the temp and low noise from the Scythe fans. I have 6 in my case and can't hear them after POST. Still keeps my components below 60 while gaming.
Another question if you don't mind, I bought this and it doesn't say P or F designation. The 51CFM is good for front intake though right?

buy two of these slim fans.
This is unique because of its small size.
Thanks! fans are 120mm x 120mm x 25mm. amazon.com/dp/B0763TSZ59/ref=dp_prsubs_2
