If you build your own setup you can put a carbon filter after the diaphragm pump. Just screw the components into a wooden board.
The item you linked uses 115Volts AC which means you need to have your inverter turned on to use it. Look for a 12v diaphragm pump instead, it can be on 24/7 with no inverter phantom load
