Ok so I heard about Traci Mann on a podcast and while I agreed with what she was saying in terms of where the research has led I really felt that some of it was a little click-baity. BUT. I looked at the research she's actually published in journals and I like it. So here's a link to her book that summarizes a lot of health psychology research done. You probably don't have to go as far as not dieting at all, but she gives some strategies on controlling your food intake. book here
