Hello all, I'm looking for band recommendations to put on this watch:
I was originally looking at the Eulit perlon straps but they're only 20mm...would that be okay to put on a 22mm watch or is there any other brands similar to the style that makes it in 20mm?
Or any other recommendations for bands to put on this watch? I'd like to avoid metal bands, and keep it under $50.00
The hands and dial look like this Marathon right here.
The case looks like a Seiko SKX173 with the offset crown, however, the hands and dial are very Marathon-ey at least.
Maybe someone had both, and mashed them together?
I wear a Seiko Skx173 with a po style bezel insert I picked up from dagaz as a place holder until I get the planet ocean. It is pretty close in styling and easy to mod.
You can pick the watch up for about $200 on Amazon. Not super cheap but a legit robust watch.
Here is it on a NATO

As you can probably tell, I'm looking for a sub-$300 automatic with an in-house produced movement. I'd like something that could swap easily into a SS and be worn with a suit. I also prize durability and reliability. Thoughts, gentlemen?
