I highly, HIGHLY recommend Grant Cardone's book Sell or Be Sold. I'm particularly fond of listening to his audiobooks rather than reading the books, it's a lot easier and he includes a few extra things in the audio versions.
Secondly, Grant Cardone's The 10X Rule.
