Get thee to a physical therapist ASAP. Mine helped me manage it, especially by showing me how to move to reduce the pain and exercises to gently aid in my alignment. She also recommended this belt which I wish I'd bought way earlier in the pregnancy because it really did help. I tried to jimmy rig other things to hold my hips together but nothing worked like this.
The good news is I was really afraid it was going to make labor worse, but it wasn't an issue for me at all once I was in labor. And now postpartum it's totally fine.
