Show Networks & Control Systems was the biggest help for me. Its been awhile since I read it and it may be slightly dated but it was very well put together. I still put it on the "must read" list for our interns.
For the networking aspects:
Book: https://www.amazon.com/Show-Networks-Control-Systems-Entertainment/dp/0615655904
Audinate has a free dante certification program: https://www.audinate.com/learning/training-certification/dante-certification-program#
While the certs are not too valuable, the information is (even though it is Dante specific, it applies to a lot of the basic networking in the A/V world)
Watch some of the youtube videos on smpte 2110, and PTP (precision time protocol) While somewhat dry, if you get a good grasp on these concepts they will be extremely valuable in the near future. The high end of video has already begun to migrate to 2110, with all of NEP and Game Creeks newest OB trucks being IP based, as well as practically every major TV studio build in the last few years going to IP based. Understanding spine leaf networks, PTP boundary clocks, Limits of link aggregation, NMOS-04 and 05, etc... will all give you a huge leg up in the coming decade.
Good luck.
