Search etsy for brown pouf ottoman (the link for the one I bought isn't working). Then you put your own stuffing in it -- I bought shredded memory foam from Amazon ([link]). The first batch I got was a little low so I have some more coming today to fill out the rest of the space.

It's a Turkish pouf ottoman. I bought it on etsy -- it comes as just the leather shell with no stuffing, then I bought shredded memory foam off amazon to fill it up. Took 1.5 of the 5lb bags to get it stuffed.

The exact one I bought isn't showing up on etsy right now but if you just search "pouf ottoman" you should get lots of results.
