I did the same thing at first. Got excited for a second :(.

And just an FYI, even though the $24.39 is cheaper (it is actually $23.98 for me, so it would appear that it varies), it is the boxed version and requires you to pay shipping if you don't have Amazon Prime or if you aren't spending over $25.

I'm not sure. They send you a picture of the game from the CD case. I would think they literally took this, which is a Windows version.

You can wait for the winter sale, otherwise the best I can find is amazon for $22.84, then buy something for around $2.16 to get free shipping.
