BTW, when you are actually there you will have to talk to people to make new friends haha. Usually you can't just show up and expect to make new friends right off that bat. IK that can be intimidating but its a good life skill to have. Learn to make small talk. Here is a book.
Also I must warn you that reading is not going to make you a better small-talker. For instance, you can't read the rules of American football and then expect to get good. You read the rules to know the guidelines and then learn through experience and practice in person.
