I wanted a similar setup. What I ended up doing is going with the Ergotron HX, as they released a bracket specific for these large monitors, and a tall fixed rod mount for the smaller screen. The challenge is that the G9 with its curve creates issues for most of even the high-end office level monitor arms, so the HX is the only one I've found to really support it that isn't a fixed tilt, but doing so means you can't mount another above using the same arm. Luckily you can easily offset each arm from the center of the desk (one of the left and one to the right) and they are still centered on the desk.
Haha you're good. I got this stand. It comes with three segments, so it could be taller, but when I put it together I only used two so that I didn't have a crazy long pole sticking up. It's a really solid mount
Huanuo has multiple good desk mounts, including gas ones.
One of my monitors uses this one which works well and is cheap, while having lots of options for movement.

This pole with 2 segments. i threw the arms away and bought hydraulic ones from microcenter. make sure you confirm the pole diameter, its usually 34 or 35mm and the different sizes arent usually compatible
HUANUO Single Monitor Mount, Tall Monitor Mount Stand - 39 Inch Extra Tall Fully Adjustable Arm, for 13-35 Inch Screen Desk Mount Monitor Stand, Arm Holds up to 22lbs https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07SKGXMNV/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_i_dl_GAA6FD53CYD05P40PKJH?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
I've got some Huanuo ones that work fine. A pair of these 39" ones. Nothing fancy or mind blowing but they work. I've got a 27" on one and a 34" UW on the other. Even tho the UW is under the weight limit by a few pounds it still tilts forward on occasion. Adjusting the monitor in the vertical axis isn't very smooth but it works. Also a lot cheaper than any of the other extra tall mounts I've found.
I've also owned and use Amazon Basic dual arms and monoproce dual arms. I'd say those both are decent as well, a bit better build quality than the Huanuo imo but not a huge difference.
I have the same monitor. The arm I use is https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07SKGXMNV?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share because I like the options for height adjustment and I have a corner desk so the angle works perfectly with this. You don't have to use all the sections, I just have the first one attached.

I have a Samsung G9 on its legs and then a super tall desk mount for my 34 inch Samsung Ultrawide.
I have this mount on my standing desk and I change the height 2-3 times a day with no issues.

The top one is mounted with a Vivo version of this. Single Monitor Stand Desk Mount - 39 Inch Extra Tall Fully Adjustable Stand with C Clamp/Grommet Mounting Base, Articulating Monitor Arm for 13-32 Inch Computer Screen, Holds up to 22lbs by HUANUO https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07SKGXMNV/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_t3cMFb42016G2
This one. It was on sale for Prime Day but is still pretty cheap. As you can tell though, it's really tall but it's 3 poles that attach together. If you don't need the full height (I did by like 2 inches unfortunately), you can omit one of the poles. It's worked great tho!
Yup, this a 32 over a 27. I'm using this mount for the top monitor, which was the tallest I could find. My monitor is a few pounds shy of the weight limit, and I just made sure to push it back up against the pole (so that the arm makes a V-shape instead of being fully extended).
I use this! It’s a really solid mount.

Vivo sells extra tall monitor mounts which should work for this
This one is good for above an ultrawide.
Looks like this tall one I want is on sale too: https://www.amazon.com/Single-Monitor-Stand-Desk-Mount/dp/B07SKGXMNV/ref=sr_1_2_mod_primary_lightning_deal?dchild=1&keywords=tall+vesa+mount&qid=1605122060&s=electronics&sbo=Tc8eqSFhUl4VwMzbE4fw%2Fw%3D%3D&smid=AAO6TDKV4R7PK&sr=1-2
Only 6 dollars off (15%), is that a good deal? Any chance it goes lower for black friday or something?
This is the only one I found that looks like it will work to mount above an ultrawide. I'm going to set it up today, though I'm not 100% sure it will support a 34 inch ultrawide (I'll be using it for a smaller 16:9 screen).
I'm using THIS for the top monitor.
Using this for the arm mount

This for the vasa adapter

Found it on Amazon. It's very solid, would recommend.

make sure you confirm the pole diameter to the millimeter! usually Q&A will have someone answering it.
I added the full setup specs in comments. I wanted the ability to move each monitor as independently as possible, so each have their own mount:

This is what I bought the other day for my 34 inch monitor https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07SKGXMNV/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_i_MKAJ6KY7THYK4VJZYWHD?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
Solid arm for the monitor and goes super high
I got this it's not super adjustable but I don't really need to move that monitor around very much.

I have a similar setup. The problem you are going to run into is the weight of the 49". If it's a G9 like mine, the center of balance is heavily towards the front. That being said, I didn't attach it to the mount even though I technically could so you could test it out and see if it's stable or not.
My G9 is sitting on my desk and then the monitor above it is on a pole mount like your image. This is the mount I used. You can buy another arm and add it to the same mount if you still want to attempt mounting the 49".
I got those mounts from Amazon!

I have four different ones with this setup I doubt you could find an all in one. One thing I did do with my large one is buy a metal mounting plate.

I use a mount just because I have a corner desk and like the additional desk space. Also looks nicer. This is what I use incase I want to stack in the future. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07SKGXMNV?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
Thanks! Here ya go...........

I was having the same problem. I'm considering getting this one for the second monitor https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07SKGXMNV/ref=ox_sc_saved_title_4?smid=AAO6TDKV4R7PK&psc=1
I've got a 34 inch curved monitor as my main, and a 27 inch as a secondary. I already have this as my primary monitor mount: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00MIBN16O/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Even something very tall like this, or one with a very long arm ?
Thanks man!
So I bought these two right here:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07SKGXMNV/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07BHY3CNM/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I did find this one that seems to be the same thing but a little cheaper right after I ended up buying those two from above. It seems like the only major difference is the top arm is short compared to the setup I'm using now which has a full-sized single monitor arm that can be moved around freely. The difference too is only like $10 so it's up to you really.

I've also been looking at doing this for my setup! Right now I am doing the same, the ultra wide on the bottom and the smaller monitor on top. The thing I am unsure about is if I get a certain arm for the top monitor does it have to be a specific kind to clear the height of the ultra wide monitor? Link for some ultra wide monitor stands. For the stands for the second smaller monitor I would say maybe something like this or this. That is what I have been looking at for planning my setup!
this is one is from amazon. It's good but I don't LOVE it https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07SKGXMNV/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
