I replaced my trunk light, license plate bulb, and rear view mirror bulbs with these (double check the bulb sizes):
Did my Headlights with DDM Works Hid kit. Tried doing the fog lights too but over the years I kept getting issues with it so reverted back to stock bulbs on the fog lights.
Love it, no regrets.

Congrats on your new car! I recently picked up a 2017 hb too! I used these LEDs and they have been great. Bright white and no issues with installing them. You'll need 2 for the map lights, 1 for the dome light, and 1 for the trunk. If you are switching out your side markers, you can use these 2 of these too (check your laws on the colour of the side marker/lights).
Everyone has their own preference in look so browse and find what you like! I have the windows all my windows tinted 20%. You can have your front windows tinted lighter and the rear windows darker if you are concerned about visibility. I swapped out my side markers and installed projector LED low beams. When it warms up I will add window visors and cover up the chrome on the windows. I will also try plasti-dipping my emblem and badge. As for interior the LEDs and floor/trunk mats is all that I have added. I have leather steering wheel and knob covers that I will stitch on some time.
There are a lot of simple cosmetic mods you can do! Have fun! :)
Nice car and great pup!
One of the best upgrades I did was replace the horrid candle yellow halogen interior lights with cool white LEDs You'll need 1 30mm festoon led and 5 of these or similar: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0186P1MUW/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_fabc_heFQFbE48ZHYH?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
The default incandescent map light bulbs are ~3000K (soft white) in my 2011. I really like Bright white bulbs (3500-4100K) and use them for my house. Unfortunately, the only LEDs I can find for map lights are either soft white or daylight (6100K) --with most of the bright ones being daylight. If they say "Xenon white", they're daylight.
There are packs of them on Amazon for cheap: https://www.amazon.com/SiriusLED-Extremely-Chipset-Interior-Courtesy/dp/B0186P1MUW
I used the below ones and they're still holding strong. I've only had them for about a months and a half, but they were pretty highly rated on Amazon and on Civicc.

I was able to swap out all the lights using THIS
The reading lights up front are not replaceable. Already LED. I didn't bother with vanity mirror's up front cause' who cares.
This will work on the two front doors but I couldn't get the plastic cover off so I gave up.
This works in the trunk as well. Very bright and clean.
I recently bought these for a different make car but I'm pretty sure they are all the same. They are BRIGHT, like daylight at night and I love them.

HID works best on the new Civics. I have tried LED for the low beam and they are bright, but don't shine very far. I tried them in a 2017 Accord and it works better in the Accord than the Civic. HIDs shine further and give your more visibility.
I believe most others used 6000k bulbs and have said it matched their fog lights.
These LED work perfectly for me. I changed all the interior lights with these.
i replaced my 2018 xse lights with these ones, https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0186P1MUW/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glc_fabc_COO8FbW7PQVXK?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
pretty much it's the 194/168 led bulbs.
the trunk i actually removed the light bulb and use this LED strip for better lighting.
Now get on amazon and get the 10 pack of LED interior lights and the center console organizer tray. Weathertech mudflaps to protect the rear fender flairs from stones and keeps the dirt down. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0186P1MUW/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_hG5gFbE4PX2F1 https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07BNJW9XP/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_bH5gFb7RZBPCS
Changed all the dome and licenses plate lights with bright white LED
As the other guy said you can search for a WK2 specific kit, but I went with these:

This grille is one of the most popular mods for the front end of your truck (aside from removing the air dam, haha). ShopChevyParts has a few other options. Ebay's not a bad place to look for oem grilles either or you can go direct through Chevy. It doesn't require any special tools to replace and there are tons of videos on Youtube that walk people through how to do it if you'd rather DIY.
As far as lights go, you've got reflector housings since it's an LT and the ZR2 and Z71 come with projectors for the low beams (the high beams are reflectors). You can get the oem headlights with projectors from several places, but they ain't cheap. The right headlamp is GM Part #84630989 and the left is #84169786.
Carid is the best place to go for aftermarket headlamp replacements. Typically, you're paying only for the assembly, they don't come with bulbs. I'd suggest researching carefully before buying anything since I've read many complaints about aftermarket headlights looking super cool but having janky construction and letting moisture and dust in. The stock light output on all Colorados is pretty shitty, I swapped out the oem halogen bulbs with Philips Xtreme Vision bulbs and I'm perfectly content now (they don't last super long though, only like 300-400 hours).
If you don't already know about it, definitely join the Colorado Fans message board. It's very active, has tons of content, and there's even a forum dedicated to lighting issues.
As far as other upgrades go, I'd suggest swapping out all your stock interior light bulbs (map lights, rear overhead lights, vanity lights) with LEDs. You can replace all of them for less than $20 on Amazon. They make the lighting much more warm and pleasant. I'm not gonna offer an opinion at all re: exterior LED lighting upgrades/swaps. That's a pretty controversial topic and I'll leave you to your own investigation - enjoy going down that rabbit hole!
Congrats on the new truck! I also have a 2020 LT, it's the only new vehicle I've had my whole life and I'm very happy so far.
Edit: Ebay or Facebook Marketplace might be the best places to buy oem projector headlights. People who replace their stock headlight assemblies with aftermarket often unload the stock headlights on one of these two sites.

Used for the marker lights, license plate lights and rear trunk light.
Put these in mine. Didn’t have to modify and was able to replace the third brake light bulbs with them, too.

I got mine from Amazon, they are nice and bright. It fits all the interior lights as well as the puddle lights beneath the exterior side mirrors.
I replaced mine with these, great lights.

Thanks.. I was able to find one in the Canadian Amazon marketplace using similar wordings from your listing.

The Canadian listing just in case:
It was this one. These are bright white.. it was actually a little hard to find something that might be warm white instead.. i was genuinely interested in getting that instead.
What interior LED lights did you get from amazon? I was looking at a few for my 2019 Limited Crosstrek

I have these
I'm not so sure... I looked up the 192 bulb and appears to be the same as a 168... https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0186P1MUW/ But this bulb in the center console is so much tinier than this.
Thanks! I'm so proud of my new car; your compliments mean a lot. I got the bulbs on Amazon because I was excited to get them and wanted the 2 day shipping. The prices were really reasonable too. The trunk and dome are festoon style and I had to bend the metal contact ever so slightly for the trunk one to make the bulb fit better. The color is a nice clean white and doesn't look cheap or tacky. Here's the links:

The fogs are some cheap "hyper white" Chinese H11 bulbs that I had in the garage from a previous car that used the same size. I no longer have a link for those but any on Amazon or Ebay with good reviews would do fine.
