It is on The Ranch:
>In March 2010, Joseph McMoneagle, one of the premier remote viewers in the U.S. was asked to observe a target designated as "22610" using traditional blind targeting protocols. "22610" was actually Skinwalker Ranch. Blind targeting protocols mean he had no knowledge that the ranch was his target. As expected McMoneagle's sketch of the Skinwalker Ranch, description of environment, animals present, and the characteristics of the two ranch managers and two security guards were excellent. But he indicated that a fifth individual was also present. McMoneagle described a male, 60-70 pounds, with a height of 4'3" with no hair. Age was not able to be determined. Exact physical features were unclear, as opposed to those of the managers and guards. McMoneagle said the fifth individual could not be seen by ranch personnel but did attempt test communications with them to see their response. He indicated that the communication was not precise or clear, and to the individuals on the ranch it would seem to come from above and behind their heads.

BAAS included remote viewing as one of their nine (9) proposed objectives to the DIA under the AAWSAP program, but it was not selected.
The Uinta Basin is known for its oil fields, not crop fields.
The NIDS team, however, did perform an interesting experiment in 2010 involving growing tobacco & spiderwort plants.
>The dry (dormant) seeds stored at Skinwalker Ranch exhibited very different germination rates than those stored under similar conditions in Las Vegas. All germination rates were higher in dormant seeds stored on Skinwalker Ranch compared with controls that were stored in Las Vegas. In contrast, seeds that were received from the commercial distributor and immediately transported to two separate locations on Skinwalker Ranch and utilizing identical grow lights, environmental conditioning, and germination methodology (peat discs) showed dramatically slower germination rates in both locations on Skinwalker Ranch compared to the Las Vegas Controls.

>Though this data appear to be conflicting, the effects of electromagnetic (EM) radiation on dormant seeds are very different from EM effects on actively germinating plants.

To your first point, Brandon has confirmed exactly that in interviews. He owned the ranch for ~2 years and already had his team in place.
Finally he relented and took an interview with Kevin Burns (RIP, Former head of Prometheus Entertainment). That meeting was when he was introduced to Dr. Taylor and he was added to the team. Initially, Brandon Fugal also insisted he maintain anonymity, but they obviously convinced him otherwise.
As to your second point, here is a quote to that effect from Dr. Taylor found in Skinwalkers at the Pentagon:
>”We don’t like to talk about the hitchhiker too much because everybody’s afraid it’s going to trigger it or something. I have several colleagues that were putting instruments out to measure things at their house, as well as at the ranch. And we’re measuring simultaneous events occurring at both places. That may be a thousand miles apart.”
That’s because it wasn’t known when that NYT article came out. Did you bother looking into the book I mentioned?

Are you familiar with the fact UAP are being taken seriously by congress and they are getting classified briefings?
I’m open to the idea this is all an elaborate farce but if it is it really begs some answers and not dismissiveness. DOD and Bigelow aerospace absolutely were involved at researching paranormal on skinwalker ranch. It’s a fact. Same thing as the classified briefings and congressional hearings.
If there was nothing to this, the DIA would not have investigated it. And we would be saying that Jim Lacatski is a liar in Skinwalkers at The Pentagon. It’s not like Brandon Fugal’s show is the only source to go by here.
DIRD = Defense Intelligence Reference Document
The DIRDs here are in reference to the AWWSAP-BAASS program ran by the DWO in the DIA. This was the predecesor to the AATIP program that Lue lead. AATIP was largely responsible to the mainstream release of the UAP videos in 2017 but it never would have happened without the AWWSAP-BAASS program’s original research/funding to build upon.
You can read more about the program in the book Skinwalkers at the Pentagon. It was written by the lead DIA agent, lead BAASS researcher, and George Knapp. Be warned, the program is full of “woo” which many members of this board look down on. I’m not necessarily a believer but I am open to the “woo” aspects of UAP-related experiences.

>I’ve posted this many times seeking an explanation or shared experience. I’ve never figured out what it was.
I haven't read it myself, but I think a recently released book includes a portion that talks about a very similar experience that also happened in the western US.
have you ever made a thread about UAP psy woo only to have it deleted?
i made a thread about Lue, his own personal RV experiences in combat, and wanted to discuss the possibility that he is a contactee/abductee. based on an excerpt from a book about UAP. it was deleted before it had a chance to blossom into interesting discussion.
Check out this book that just came out. Skinwalker Ranch is in the Uinta basin. The owners of the ranch had documented everything from giant wolves on the ranch to light orbs, and UFOs. The ranch was purchased by billionaire Robert Biggalow in the 1990s who formed the NIDS science team to study the ranch. This lead to the Pentagon sending a group to check it out. It is one of the first places to have what is called 'hitchhiker' experiences, where someone on the ranch may not have had anything happen to them, but when they returned home their friends and family members started having paranormal experiences.
I am a skeptic, but that book really made me consider that there may be something going on in the Uinta Basin. If it's all bullshit it's still a pretty fun ghost story. Worth checking out.
It’s from the new book written by the intelligence officers who ran the dia aawsap program, the one before the unofficial aatip program. It came out today and it is fucking bananas.

Skinwalkers at the Pentagon unmasks the massive scope of the Pentagon’s landmark UFO study that ran from the Defense Intelligence Agency in Washington, D.C. The Advanced Aerospace Weapon System Applications Program, or AAWSAP investigated the “Tic Tac” and other “nuts and bolts” UFO events, analyzed intrusions of UFOs onto US military bases, as well as probed the plethora of bizarre phenomena that government investigators encountered on Skinwalker Ranch.
Written by two program insiders and a respected journalist, Skinwalkers at the Pentagon comes to a conclusion that has never before been revealed!
Encountering UFOs often led to the “attachment” of strange phenomena to military personnel who visited the Ranch and brought “something” home to their families, resulting in frightening eruptions of paranormal events in their households that terrorized and sometimes injured their children.
By the end of the two-year program, more than 100 separate technical reports, some of which ran to hundreds of pages, were delivered to the Defense Intelligence Agency. Among them was a 149-page report on the Soviet (and now Russian) UAP investigation/analysis capability. Another details the design and build of a functional prototype for an autonomous Unidentified Aerial Phenomena surveillance platform.
Skinwalkers at the Pentagon has been reviewed by the U.S. Department of Defense and CLEARED FOR PUBLIC RELEASE.
This is real. Wendigo, skinwalkers, orbs, paranormal... It's all real.
"The idea of aliens terraforming our planet is an interesting one but I don't know how we get from these anomalies to that extremely abstract concept."
Valid point!
Only on the basis of a shitload of reading over the last 12 months and trying to fit together a lot data points to form a coherent picture.
The data points I'm trying to make sense off:
Multiple high quality, multi-sensor capture of UAP around nuclear powered vessels, nuclear weapons silos (turning them off in the US, turning them on in the old USSR), aircraft carriers, etc, etc, with numbers increasing expontentially over the last 5 years since the NYT expose of the governments covert study of these phenomenon over decades Glowing Auras and ‘Black Money’: The Pentagon’s Mysterious U.F.O. Program
Congress has had multiple private briefings from high ranking members of the DoD as to the increasing number of sightings (Lt Ryan Graves says 'daily') and their threat to US national security interests. Congress now is aggressively pursuing the DoD to reveal to the american people and the world the nature of these threats, the data theyve captured, numbers, varieties of aircraft, the mediums through which they travel and where they believe they may be from (outer space, out of time (future humans), other dimensions, underground, etc) and if we have recovered any crashed craft. It has occured to some that maybe this increasing disclosure from government is the cause of the increased UAP sightings (maybe their timeline has had to be brought forward to maintain the element of surprise) and occured to others that maybe the increased sightings has been to force the hand of the DoD to reveal what they know because it can no longer be kept secret.
https://www.washingtonpost.com/nation/2021/05/17/ufo-sightings-navy-ryan-graves/
This recent period of government investigation of the phenomenon was kicked off by the visit of a high-level government insider to a ranch in NE Utah at which several different types of paranormal phenomenon were known to exist including UAP/UFO's. He saw an apparition within minutes of his visit and the reports of other phenomenon he considered serious enough to warrant a $22M government funded investigation into their threat potential. That ranch is now known as Skinwalker Ranch and is the subject of a History Channel docuseries now filming its 4th season. Why are UFO's co-located at this site with sightings of bigfoot, man-wolf beings, poltergeists, glowing orbs, native american legends of portals and underground UAP bases. They too have multisensor capture of these phenomena. If these portals exist (final episodes of 3rd season show evidence they do) are all the above phenomena interdimensional and what is their interest with is and this planet?

Skinwalkers at the Pentagon: An Insiders' Account of the Secret Government UFO Program
The behaviour of ET's during abductions seems to have changed over the years. According to David M Jacobs and others, initially during the 50-70's there were medical exams followed by collection of sperm and ova, pregnancies without prior known intercourse, their removal during abduction and visiting with young human-alien hybrids on board ships. In more recent decades abductees report having to train older hybrids in the basics of human interaction in preparation for a 'change', followed by their integration into human society for a brief period of diplomacy before open domination by the ET's themselves. What is this 'change'? Cataclysmic? - solar flare, asteroid strike? Environmental disaster? Nuclear war?

The THREAT: Revealing the Secret Alien Agenda
So changes in spin of the earth makes me think is this the beginning of the next stage of optimising the planet for their arrival?
Are the holes in the ocean floor more evidence of underground/undersea bases? Are the pilots of UAP/UFO living underground until conditions on the surface are better optimised for them?
Try watching this instead, the show can be overly dramatic for sure The Hunt For The Skinwalker Also, this book was very interesting: Skinwalkers at the Pentagon
To answer your question about the bones in the cistern. No, they never bring it up again. Likely found out they were just rodent bones and moved on. For credibility-sake it would be nice if the show actually circled-back to resolve issues like that.
To answer your Bigelow questions:
In 1995 Bob Bigelow founded & funded the National Institute for Discovery Sciences (NIDS). In 1996 he purchased Skinwalker Ranch, and from 1996-2004 NIDS was tasked with studying it. Following NIDS disbandment in 2005 they published their Animal Pathology Research (cattle mutilations) on their now archived website: https://web.archive.org/web/20071011142410/http://www.nidsci.org/articles/articles2.php. The remainder of their anecdotal experiences can be found in the book 'Hunt For The Skinwalker'.
From 2008-2010 the Ranch was studied by BAAS under the $22M AAWSAP (mislabeled AATIP, which was its nickname, by the NY Times) program. Those findings are now classified gov't property. Many of the studies are formulated with the idea of "What will X look like by 2050", so I wouldn't expect anything before than. What they are allowed to talk about is revealed in the follow-up book on the Ranch: 'Skinwalkers at the Pentagon'. Especially interesting is the appendix, where those aforementioned studies are listed. A nice six page synopsis can also be found here: 'The Pentagon’s Secret UFO Program, the Hitchhiker Effect, and Models of Contagion'.
In 2016 Fugal bought the ranch, and you know the rest.
If you're hoping for disclosure via television, you won't find it. But, if you let the show be a looking glass you just might find yourself falling down the rabbit hole.
I was just listening to this episode of Coast to Coast from 2007 and at about the ~36min mark, Art Bell tells a story about the time he saw a giant black triangle as well near Las Vegas - "so close, I could have thrown a rock at the damn thing. It certainly wasn't flying, it was floating".
George Knapp then remarks he has been told by some "intelligence folks" they're a U.S. Intelligence Gathering-Operation, and the crafts are "monitoring platforms capable of sucking up phone records and data". He clarifies he does not believe that, just that he has been told that. He does, however, go on to say that NIDS was studying the phenomenon contemporaneously with your BIL's story, and noticed that the Black Triangles tend to follow interstate highways and travel from AFB to AFB.
More recently, the NIDS study referenced earlier was performed by Dr. Colm Kelleher, who would expand on these finding slightly in the 2021 book Skinwalkers at the Pentagon: An Insiders' Account of the Secret Government UFO Program. Of interest here is Chapter 13: Hostile Triangles: Ours or Theirs? where the story is told of a North Georgia man who made the mistake in 2009 of shining a "million-candle power spotlight beam" at a Black Triangle floating over his house. He was immediately zapped back, shortly there-after harassed by DHS agents, and within a year had developed 24 separate lymphoma nodules consistent being "irradiated by possible non-ionizing radiation".
It's a reality tv show produced by the same team as Ancient Aliens. There are liberties being taken. If you're expecting a science-based-docu-series, you'll be sorely disappointed.
However - if you believe the books, there is no doubt something very real is going on:
Hunt for the Skinwalker: Science Confronts the Unexplained at a Remote Ranch in Utah (2005)
Skinwalkers at the Pentagon: An Insiders' Account of the Secret Government UFO Program (2021)
What is happening at the ranch is 100% real. The DIA (Defense Intelligence Agency) studied the ranch and some of their extremely compelling findings were published in Skinwalkers at The Pentagon. Brandon Fugal purchase the ranch after the DIA study was complete. Brandon Fugal hired Travis Taylor, former leader of the US government’s UAP task force to help study the ranch and communicate their findings to the public via their TV show. Any time you have a TV show, you need to realize that Brandon and his team need to make money and have the show be successful in order to continue to fund their research and grow the team. Sure, there are some overproduced moments, but nothing is fake or contrived.
When I was about 10 I awoke to a loud buzzing sound. I thought it was our stereo. Nobody else was awake. I went to turn it off and realized it wasn’t on. Then I saw lights outside the house. I thought they were headlights at first and approached the door to go outside. I realized they were not headlights. They were not positioned correctly nor did they illuminate the ground. There were about 6 of them scattered Around that I could see through our window. I became terrified and frozen in fear. Then I went back to bed. I asked everyone if they saw or heard anything in the morning during breakfast or if anybody would’ve been on our property that night. The answers were all no so I didn’t tell anyone what I saw and heard. A psychiatrist told me it was probably just a dream. I don’t believe it was a dream. It disturbed me a lot. I didn’t talk about it for about 20 years out of fear of ridicule and almost forgot the event entirely until something drug it up. I have no mental illness. I’m not on drugs. Since then in adulthood I’ve seen a bee land on my window and emit lights from its antenna. No evidence or other witness makes these events hard to talk about. Fortunately I had another person witness with me a dark figure in my backyard that shape-shifted to conceal itself and float around erratically before darting off. We thought it was an intruder at first. I got the other person and where I saw the dark figure was instead what appeared to be our black trash can. I was confused until it suddenly morphed into the “person” (it looked like a shadow person) and kind of ran in circles before going around the corner. We witnesses all this again through the window while looking outside. I was happy to finally have somebody else finally witness something with me so that I didn’t feel crazy.
I know some of that doesn’t sound like typical UFO stuff but I’ve done a lot of research and now believe a lot of the “paranormal” that doesn’t seem related may be interconnected especially after researching skinwalker ranch. I highly suggest a book called Skinwalkers at the Pentagon.

People tend to discount the stories without consideration because they contain too much “woo” for their liking. I attribute it to our own ignorance. Remember, the academics of our world at one point believed in the geocentric model. The geocentric model states that the sun/universe revolves around earth and to contest it was heresy. You could be put to death for stating otherwise. It took a long time and many brave people before we accepted the truth. The death these days are more metaphorical. It’s your career that dies rather than your physical body. The result is the same though.
I’m not saying I believe everything that happened there but it at least deserves our consideration. Discoveries only occur when we study the anomalous. If you accept the established “truths” of the world as unwavering fact and never look closer, how can we have scientific progress?
TL;DR: He chose to be a part of the UFO community.
He was a high ranked CIA before retiring, also an admitted experiencer and believer of some "intelligence" though I can't pin down exactly his beliefs but he was also involved in an Orb Project as he described it, and he has an expertise in frequencies, if that is the right way to describe it. I'm still learning about him myself so I cannot not say much or why you should be interested. I'm interested because he is retired CIA as well as a believer. His mention of "The Orb Working Group" was especially interesting to me, which he said was officially disclosed in Skinwalkers at the Pentagon book. (Published 2021) John Ramirez mentioned this in the interview with John Greenwald. (at 22:22)
James T. Lacatski
Just heard this name dropped by Lue in this video a couple minutes after the 26:50 time stamp. Did some research and eventually found the name.
Although some may disagree, I highly recommend the following book (and interview.) There is the question of building upon the contents of the book. Many have done that since, but I believe we are living in an amazing period where the contents of the Holographic Universe are being not just seriously studied but manifested, encountered.

If you’re being truthful then you’re really freaking me out. I’ve been searching for the truth about the things in this book. I wasn’t sure how accurate it was but you may be the anecdotal confirmation I was looking for. I’m afraid to say it but I’m fairly certain I could describe what your girlfriend saw.
You might be experiencing “the hitchhiker effect.” UAPs can have paranormal side effects. I suspect it’s based on your proximity to the event. This book likely contains the most (declassified) information we know about it at the moment. It has suggested that this effect can be spread like a contagion. If your okay revealing it…what locality do you live in? I’m starting to wonder if it’s a hot spot for activity since you both have experienced but in different kinds of phenomenon. I’m not sure if it’d make a difference whether you experienced “our” craft vs “the others.”
I would suggest avoiding physical/close contact with the orbs. If this book is correct, they can cause physical harm (A.I.D./Tumors.) Usually accompanied by poltergeist like activities, shadows/orbs watching you sleep, beasts stalking/taunting you. If you’re experiencing these things, I’d recommend avoiding saying the beasts name. There is a Native American superstition about that but I’m not sure if there’s merit. There is so much unknown about these subjects because most reasonable people instantly discount the credibility of anyone who speaks about them.
If any of this is familiar then I’m not sure what to tell you about how to resolve your issue. You may want to contact MUFON or NIDS(if they’re still operating.) I would suggest some meditation while projecting positive emotions and maybe some research into psychic self defense. I suspect its intentionally trying to rattle you to feed on fear/negative energy. I have a few theories on these subjects in general but I have no proof or first hand experience with any of them. I’m a skeptic by nature but I follow the truth no matter how unusual. This is about as far into the “woo” as I’ve ever spoken publicly but I can’t refute similarities to what I’ve read.
