Also have an Accelerator. It gives you a ton of confidence on straight, uphill putts. I am nailing all those from 8 feet and in. However, you have to find a different way to practice breaking putts, which are much more difficult

SKLZ Pro putting matt. It comes with for the return rails but I'm alway too lazy to get them out of the garage and I usually put it on a hard surface anyway for it to roll back. The turf has held up decent even with two cats occasionally getting a hold of it. The back is chincy plastic but they are all kind of like that.
Have no problems with it and I've had it for over a year now. Was too lazy to grab the tracks for the session in the photo but on a hard wood floor I don't need them.
