One random tip: Consider looking into Slim by Design. It's a book about how to change your environment to help you eat better. It's not going to help you lose weight as much as it will help you not backslide.
Basically, the goal is to make it slightly easier and more convenient to eat better and slightly less convenient to eat worse. Even just putting junk food out of sight can really cut down on mindless eating.
The nice thing about Slim by Design is that it won't add any extra deprivation or work.
