Also you really need to read all the info and pick a dosage regimen. Fadimans is 5 days straight with a 2 day break but it's been pretty much established that your tolerance goes up quickly so a protocol like 3 times a week, mon, wed, fri is easy or 2 days on 1 day off.

Until you get used to it, a Milligram scale is recommended. Start with 15mg-50mg, depending on the route you’ll be using it. It comes with a double sided spoon and the larger side is extremely close to what I use per serving. So I’ve been using that now. But at first it really knocked me on my ass. So I bought a milligram scale. My gram scale wasn’t precise enough. It weighs up to 300 grams and only measured to 2 decimal places. As in 0.00 and it requires a good amount of weight before it even registered anything. So I got a precision milligram scale for very little money and it works great. It measures to 3 decimal points as in 0.000 and weighs up to 20 grams. Perfect for measuring Kanna, Ashwagandha, Polygala, etc, where the normal serving size is 10mg-130mg. But I use it to weigh kratom too as my normal amount is usually 5 grams. Which is 25% of the scales max amount. Here it is if interested in a very precise scale.
Put it between two pieces of parchment paper and crush it gently with the back of a spoon. As to how much, Roll Safe recommends a conservative dosage of 1.5mg/kg.

I bought a ~~drug~~, ahem, "gem" scale on Amazon and I weigh out pure nitrates and nitrites as I need them, along with ascorbates.
I figured a) I'd have better control, and b) I have no idea if the curing salts I can get are accurately composed.
Works pretty well if you're willing to basically count grains of nitrite. My go-to is 120 ppm, so a 5lb piece of meat is 272mg nitrite. Mix it into the salt I've weighed out and I'm good.

You can do it yourself pretty easily. Milligram scales are cheap as hell today. $30/$50 scale with some small scalpels/ scooping tools, with some basic math let’s you divide a small pill that may weigh 100 or 200mg into 100 parts if you desired. No pill I’ve ever heard of is too small for the technique. The math can get confusing if you don’t write it down since you are dealing with two weights… the weight of the pill and the weight/amount of drug in that pill.

Yeah I have a really old version like this scale that goes to 0.001g that seems to work well for me.
Just look up the jewelry scales that look like little rectangular silver boxes with a small circle in the middle. All of the brands on Amazon are literally made at the same crap factory in China.. like a lot of things on Amazon. Different brands buy the same generic product and slap a label on it. Absolutely no difference between them.
I like the silver one with the clear plastic lid because I can put the lid on top and then put the blate pape I fill up with mushrooms on top and weigh it right in the pape. Then I just pick it up and swallow the whole thing. Best way I’ve found to do it.

I don't think most kitchen scales are meant to be accurate at low weights. They are often just accurate to within 1g. The scale I have is accurate to .001g, and it seems to work well. I got the more accurate scale because I use it for other supplements where I need weights under 100mg (.1g) If you are just going to use it for kratom, ,01 or even .1 should be fine. With the potential variation in alkaloids, being off by 50mg isn't going to make much of a difference. There are some kitchen scales in that range, but a jewellery/gem scale will also work, if you are just using it for kratom.

I've been happy with my knockoff version, the gem 20. It works much better than whatever random one I had before which was very accurate at larger weight but struggled in the sub 50mg range whereas my gem scale has worked perfectly.
I got this one after I realized my previous mg scale was inaccurate at very small weight. I've seen it recommended a lot and I have been pleased with it. Its the unbranded version of one of the better inexpensive mg scales.

Even messing around with an inaccurate mg scale can get you pretty far out, this one picks up the small 2-3mg changes that a lot of less sensitive models don't. My last scale would only update if I dumped like 10-mg at a time and even then it wasn't actually accurate.

If you get a scale like this one that will weigh mg amounts, you can forgo the stock solution and make the working solution directly to save $$$.

I always calibrate 1st & then place the 10g cal weight back on the platform since accuracy is best near middle of a scale's range. Don't tare but just weigh out your dose plus the 10g.
Depression and anxiety can indeed happen while micro dosing. It's not an emotional straightjacket like SSRIs. Some people get the best mood lift from cycling, others get it from daily dosing. My recommendation there is to start off by journaling 7 days on and 7 days off which will pretty much tell you what a good cycle looks like for you.

When I quit I began by tapering down to 100mg, and then quitting cold turkey. In hindsight, I should have tapered the whole way, but the method I used was:
- Buy caffeine pills and a jewelry scale (I got this one).
- Crush up the pills, weigh them on the scale, then mix with water. Just remember that 1mg of a caffeine pill does not equal 1mg of caffeine.
- Reduce the dose by 10mg every three days. If that feels too slow, try every 1-2 days and see how you feel.
I've been MDing for about a year mostly in the 50-70mg range. I recently have been exploring the 30-50mg range and just this past weekend tried 20mg. I was amazed there was still such a similar feel, a slight buzz, like small glass of wine but lasting for hours. Like you say, still functional, able to work and carry on conversation easily. And I don't drink or generally do other drugs either, at least I haven't for the past 20 years. So I would say even your dose that was half my last dose could possibly be felt, even if slightly.
That said, the 0.001 level scale, a jewelry scale or something similar, should be considered microdosing basic tools and they don't have to be expensive.

You're going to have to see what it looks like. I guess your only point of reference when you first get a scale is going to be to put a piece on about the size of what you were taking before and see how much it weighs. + or - a little bit, you should be able to ball park about what you were taking before. Might be surprised at how little you were taking haha, but it could also just be a normal dose. If the piece you weigh up looks massive compared to what you were taking it might be better to start at 30mg maybe. Not sure what good 4mg would do you as a redose from 40mg, you could do that and it'd be fine, might be better to do 40mg and then 15-20. It's super hard to say, you kind of have to play it by ear and how you feel. You can always take more if you're feeling alright and want it, can't take less when it's already in ya tho! Safety first.

Don't know if you are asking too much of the mushroom but it is worth a try. But it is best to grind some of them into a powder with coffee or spice grinder). You will need a milligram scale to weigh the dose that you can put in food, tea, or capsule. Best to start low, around 50mg. Try that & any changes of dose on days of little responsibility. Work toward a dose that is barely felt & that you can pretty much ignore. Skip a day or 2 between doses but you can be flexible with it.
I would just get a gem20. I’ve had other high end scales and none are as good somehow. Don’t even think of getting the Frankford Arsenal one because it’s straight trash. I’ve had this one since 2014 and it’s very accurate. You’re not going to get better without going medical lab grade for hundred to a thousand dollars.

The newer ones with the wider platter are pretty consistent, it’s the older geminis that do that. On the other hand they won’t weigh out amounts less than around 10-15mg (the display is blank under that amount).

If you can, get a scale that measures jewelry. This will measure to the .001 G and have a max eight of roughly 20G.
This lets you play with halves and quarters to the thousandth. In my experience, I was able to feel the difference between say .300 and .325.
Another tip: since these scales are designed to detect such small amounts, you won’t run into the trouble of a larger scale, for example that only measures to .1, not reading properly.

I use this to weigh 20mg using a method I heard improves accuracy. That is to first calibrate. Then place the supplied 10g cal weight on the platform (but don't tare) before weighing the mg amount. Then just subtract the 10g weight; so 20mg is indicating 10.020. Seems to work pretty well.
Below is a knock off of the AWS Gemini 20 that is incredibly popular. I currently have a Gemini 20, along with one of the knock offs, along with a good set of calibration weights. I find that they are both very accurate and certainly accurate enough for 5-meo.

Get a milligram scale, just don't rely on it for anything that doses under 50mg. MDMA is pretty safe to measure with one of these as a typical dose is 100mg and +/- 20 mg is not going to hurt you. Definitely do an allergy test (very small sub threshold dose that should have no psych effects) in advance. Sorry if you've heard all this before, this is my "first time drugs doing" shpeal, it never hurts to hear things twice :)
I wish I had one of these (and a test kit) when I first rolled. It was a blast but the day after eating what my dealer told me was a regular dose, I was dry heaving all day. I also think it might've been M1 so don't be 18 year old me, test and measure!

The issue is finding one sensitive enough to read that low. The lowest I found that isn't lab grade and several hundred dollars is a jewelery scale that maxes at 20grams which helps with the sensitivity. I've had it read 3 mg changes before. Anyone on here who thinks their scale is doing 1 milligram shifts has no idea what they are taking about. Now AFTER that initial shift it can detect small differences yes, but if you are trying to measure something like yohimbine which you take 2-5mg of, it has to be sensitive to that initial switch.

OK, I get that. My point is, you're being prescribed this for a reason, not because you're just one of the guys buying benzos on the black market to get high. What I think about the side-effect argument is that as long as you are medically warranted in taking it, then you need not worry about the dependence issue. It sounds like going off is causing more side effects than being on it. If you're serious about going off, why not try just cutting out a small fragment of a tablet per day? Like 0.10mg or the like to start, just cut off a small part or grind it off with a nail file. Since you're dealing with 1mg tabs, you might want to get a cheap jewelry scale off amazon so you can weigh the tabs correctly. And then try reducing by 0.10mg steps, and give yourself literally months between steps. Since the half life is so long, you'll need to run the steps really long between steps on the way down.

That chart indicates .065 grams as being .25 mg of alprazolam. The .125 mg alprazolam supposedly weighs .033 grams. What scale were you using? To measure amounts under 1g accurately you typically need a milligram scale like this one.
I just weighed a Campden tablet with 550mg sodium bisulphite - it was 599mg, so it seems they are about 10% filler.

I followed the directions to calibrate to a t, and it does come with the tray. I’m just really struggling :( . The batteries seem ok , it’s not like it’s saying it’s low or anything. I may have to figure out another way. I saw something online about using a glass nail file and filing away part of the pill until it weighs ten percent less. I just tried that and it seemed more doable.

Good luck, you can do it. Just taper down until you’re done. I did it, though I wasn’t taking as much as you. You’re probably able to cut a couple grams off your dose now without much effect, and then taper smaller amounts. I’m only talking from my own experience though. I had some shitty anxiety in the beginning that I thought would make me crazy, but it was temporary. Since you have meds for anxiety, you might not get as anxious. Yup, density can vary and all that good stuff. If you are doing a taper it's important to be relatively accurate with your doses, by weight instead of trying to do it by volume. As u/PerlerAsFood said get a scale, you can get this one for only 20 bucks and it's gonna be accurate enough for what we are doing.

It won’t really weigh less than 5-10MG of sub powder though. 10MG of sub powder is 0.2MG of active drug. Once you get lower than 0.1MG it’s not super important to be precise though. Just gotta eye ball it if you wish to go lower (which I did)
No, you don’t have exactly 1g from a lab. You have no idea what you’re doing, and obviously no experience with RCs.
What you’re going to do is go to around 3 smoke shops, at least one or two will have exactly this, usually with a different brand name:

Oh right, you’re new to this. An allergy test is when you take a more or less inactive or threshold amount of an RC to make sure you don’t have an unusual reaction. Lots and lots of people have unexpected reactions to TCs.

I bought the capsule make someone else mentioned but I had trouble using it.
I bought a "capsule machine" which is a similar product but seems much easier to use. I would Google it. and buy gelatin capsules the 00 capsules seem to be the right size
I made .11g capsules. so what I do is fill the capsule half in the machine about 3/4 full close them, then weigh each one (make sure you use an empty capsule to zero out your scale) a slight variance of .01 is fine but any capsules out of that range I take apart and remove or add powder.
Or you could use the little bowl that comes with the scale and fill each capsule with the correct dose.
I find my first technique works well because I get close eyeballing it and most are spot on.

The only thing I wished I had done different out of the above was the scale. That scale or the one I got at least is pure garbage. I have another scale that I tested it against and not only was it off but it would constantly fluctuate up and down without any interference (no drafts, no cell phones/electronics nearby). I've since returned it and should of just known better then to buy something that cheap.
Lastly, if you are reloading Small Rifle Primer holes then the Universal Decapping Die Pin wont work. The Redding Type S has a small decapping pin, but it broke after about 10 uses and Redding is sending a replacement. Ive since filed down one of the other pins I had as backup and use that for now. It also means my Lee Trimming Tool doesn't work in the Small Rifle Primer hole either, but I measure the cases and am looking for a replacement once they get long or I will file down that piece as well.
If I were you I would buy a 0.001 milligram scale or higher for measuring substances such as Phenibut that are known to possess a dose response curve. Another thing that may have adversely affected your experience is dosing the amph too soon. You should be feeling the effects of the Phenibut before dosing the amph in order to achieve the desired effect!

Buy yourself a cheap 0.001 or 0.01mg scale (like this), buy a pill crusher, and dose that way. Much more accurate and consistent dosing.
I'd try going down to 0.125mg, but definitely avoid your suggestion of every 7 days.

Every time. its one of these. I just place a larger cup on it to load the powder into, then pour it into the case. So each time the scale should return to zero once I replace the cup.
Those spoons work for measuring, but keep in mind that density varies based on a chemical, so while they will measure around or close to 10mg; it will not be exactly 10mg. If you use a measuring spoon make sure the substance sits level in the spoon and to scrape any extra off the top for accurate measuring. Suspensions imo are alot less of a time hassle for LGD because the dosing is much more convenient, as you need 10mg/mL. For suspending LGD all you really need to do is buy a 1g packet of it, fill a 120ml bottle with 100ml of propylene glycol and then mix the entire packet into it, cap it and shake. I might opt for the capsule method with more complex dosages or high density dosages of a substance. Either way you'll be good though.

I would use a milligram scale. Not trying to scare you, but yohimbine should be measured accurately and dosed properly. It's not DNP, but can still make you feel like shit all day if you're not careful. A milligram scale can be found for around $20-25 on amazon. I recommend this one.
The one drawback to buying the ingredients in bulk is the flavor like you mentioned. As someone already posted here, the crystal light packets are pretty good for this. You don't even need to use 1/2 the packet to mask the taste of everything. There are also probably cheaper water flavorings on amazon too I'm sure. Out of the ingredients you listed only the citrulline malate is the only one that I actually taste (sourness) but it doesn't bother me too much.
They pack it with moisture added. I think the standard is like 20% moisture...or some shit like that. So you don't have to worry about the explosive aspect. All the of reactions are hyped up. Yes it stains like hell, but I have weighed it out on the open on my desk and it's not aerosol...it's manageable.

Buy a reagent test kit to make sure what you have has MDXX in it and rule out the most harmful substances. These can be bought over Amazon or via Reagent Testing UK (Marquis is most often seen as the most important one though I strongly suggest to get the kit)

Dosing:
First of all: do some research about the specific dosing you want to take. I know of the two most common ways:
Use your scale to weigh the amount you want, then divide it into the doses you like, weighing every dosage carefully.
Dissolve the amount of MDMA you have in a 1:1 ratio of MDMA in mg to water in ml. Dissolve the MDMA in the water and then divide the liquid into the amount you want. If you have 1g (1000mg) of MDMA and you dissolve it in 1 litre (1000ml) of water, every 100ml of water will contain 100mg of MDMA

Methods of taking:
1) Nasal a.k.a. insufflated a.k.a. rail it. Grind it into powder, weigh your dose and snort it.
2) Oral you have a couple of different options.
You could straight up eat it, but that would taste absolutely horrible. (don't do this)
You can dissolve the amount you want in liquid (coca cola, Gatorade, anything with a sweet taste) and drink it.
You can parachute or bomb it, this can be done with rolling papers or with toilet paper/tissues. It can be done like this or like this. You just take it as you would take a pill. Due to the acidity in your stomach, it doesn't matter if the crystals are finely ground or not.
3) Rectal a.k.a. anal a.k.a. boof it. This means dissolving it in liquid (such as distilled water) and insert the liquid anally with a soft syringe. Don't forget to use lube

It's best to use theses scales without zeroing them: turn the scale on, then put the measuring bowl on so it reads a little weight, then add your substance until the scale reads however many milligrams you want more than the measuring bowl weight. If, instead, you start it at zero with the Tare button, it will tend to "hunt" toward zero and be inaccurate for small amounts.
Or, spend $60 for the same thing at a head shop once they reopen :-)
X-Lube is fantastic! It's single ingredient (Polyethylene oxide) is found in other water-based lubes, some medical, such as "Slippery Stuff". When I put my 10g weight on it is always aroun d 9.996-10.004. so +/- 4mg as long as you are ABOVE like 20-30mg. Below that its off by a bit more.

The reason why is the top one is the newer model and it's more accurate. It also works much better on surfaces that aren't completely flat. It also might mean something that only the American amazon carries the old variety.
Someone asked me how to make c-liquids and I ended up writing rather a lot, so I thought I'd post this here. None of this is should be taken as a suggestion or to mean that I think using C-liquids or making them this way is safe. This is how I make them and the kind of things I consider that I think help reduce my risk. Make your own choices and decisions.
A couple of safety notes:
- The liquids used as the base for e-liquids and c-liquids are the same. You shouldn't use anything for a c-liquid that isn't used widely for e-liquids. Some might be harmful. In particular, oils can cause a kind of pneumonia if vaped. If you buy the e-liquid base (also called diluents) from a specialist e-liquid retailer, you'll get the right stuff. Lots of places sell these, but as an example see http://decadentvapours.com/uk/diy-e-liquid/diluent/ - for the purposes of making c-liquids the one mostly used is propylene glycol (P.G.); vegetable glycerine (V.G.) does not tend to be very good at dissolving them. PEG 400 is used more commercially than by DIYers, but might dissolve some things better.
- Measuring things accurately is very important. You will need a suitable scale that's accurate to within a couple of milligrams. Some of the C-liquids I've made have as little as 40mg of the chemical in them and that's a very small amount. If you don't have scales and don't know how to use them, then you should do some research and learn how to use this kind of scale to get accurate measurements. It's a good idea to follow the principle of "measure twice, cut once" - i.e. repeat important measurements and verify that you're getting the same result and that the result matches what you wanted before you actually use the thing you're measuring. You should always consider the fact that you may have made a mistake and routinely check for that possibility.
- Not all cannabinoids are suitable for use in c-liquids. You should research anything you're thinking of using and unless you have a very good idea of what you're doing, don't be the first person to try it. (I've been that first person and didn't always have as good an idea of what I was doing as I thought and was lucky that there weren't any serious consequences - so trust me on this).
- Don't wing it. Know what you're going to do in detail and have everything you need before you start. It's much easier to go wrong if you're improvising instead of following a plan you've thoroughly considered.
- C-liquids present a danger of absorbing through the skin in potentially dangerous doses. Always store c-liquids safely, never walk around with a bottle in your pocket and when making them wear gloves and clean up any spills promptly. Spills on your skin should be washed off with soap and water as soon as you can do so safely.
So, for making c-liquids you will require these ingredients:
* a suitable cannabinoid in pure form* an e-liquid base/diluent like propylene glycol* optionally, a flavouring intended for use in e-liquids (if you make a concentrated c-liquid then you can mix it with flavoured e-liquid when using rather than flavouring the c-liquid itself)
And this equipment:
* a milligram scale* a needle bottle of the kind DIY e-liquid makers use (these are squeezy and have a blunt needle to make it easy to get the liquid into the tank of an e-cigarette.) These come in 10ml or 15ml sizes.* a small scoop, laboratory spatula or improvised equivalent for transferring the cannabinoid between the container it's in and the scale.* a pipette or suitable syringe with marked graduations* a bowl or cup* hot water (as from the hot water tap)* gloves (disposable nitrile or latex should be fine - don't use thick gloves intended for cleaning purposes which are likely to make you clumsy - don't reuse)* paper towel (for cleaning up spills* label and pen (for clearly labelling you c-liquid)
For using the resulting c-liquid you need:
* an e-cigarette or mod with a fillable tank.
When measuring the diluent you can either measure it using the pipette/syringe or you can weigh it after working out the weight of the volume required.
Method:
First arrange your working area so it's clear and organised with everything you need to hand. Think through safety aspects - if you have to leave the area quickly (to wash a spill off your skin for example) is anyone or anything, particularly children or pets, going to be put in any danger. If you spill c-liquid on yourself, do you have access to facilities where you can wash it off promptly? etc.
Decide how much of the cannabinoid you will be using, bearing in mind that dissolving larger amounts will be difficult. The figure that you'll see people discussing is mg/ml. i.e. how many milligrams of the cannabinoid are in each millilitre of the final product. Bear in mind that in propylene glycol, the practical limit for solubility for cannabinoids tends to range from around 4mg/ml to 20mg/ml. If you decide on 4mg/ml and wanted to make 10ml of c-liquid, you would need 40mg of the cannabinoid.
Weigh out the chosen amount of the cannabinoid on your milligram scale. You can either put the cannabinoid on a small bit of paper and then carefully transfer it to the bottle or if you have a steady hand it's possible to place the bottle on the scale, tare it (scales should have a tare button which sets the scale to zero relative to the weight that's currently being measured) and then measure the cannabinoid directly in the bottle.
Measure out the chosen amount of diluent using the pipette or syringe (or by weighing) and put this into the bottle with your cannabinoid. If flavouring is being used, you should know how much flavouring you're using (following the manufacturer's guidelines) and deduct the volume or weight from the amount of diluent being used so that they total the amount of c-liquid you want to make. Add the flavouring if used.
You now have a needle bottle with mostly undissolved cannabinoid under 10ml (or your chosen amount) of liquid.
- Get the cannabinoid to dissolve. This will take longer than you think. Shaking the bottle will help, as will gentle heat. Alternating between shaking the bottle and placing the (closed and sealed) bottle in a bowl/cup of hot water from the tap. On occasion for some of the more reluctantly dissolving 'noids, I've resorted to physically breaking up clumps in the liquid using a toothpick). You may need to leave it overnight in a warm place.
[One trick to speed this up: Find a vibrator - a super powerful mains-powered magic wand vibrator is ideal (if you have any friends or significant others who seem dazed but happy, why not enquire? or just give yourself the gift of pleasure) Safely secure the bottle to the vibrator, turn it up to its highest setting and let it run for 10 minutes. Repeat as necessary. Don't worry about what the neighbours might be thinking - they'll just assume you're having some kind of solo-orgy instead of making drugs. Apparently ultrasonic cleaners can work, too. For dissolving drugs, not getting you off.]
- Eventually, all the cannabinoid should dissolve (some very tiny particles may remain, which are likely to be insoluble impurities. In general these should not cause problems. Anything more likely means that the cannabinoid isn't dissolved. You may either need to give it more time or have tried to use more cannabinoid than your diluent will dissolve - carefully pour off the liquid and save it, then add a measured amount of diluent to the bottle with the remaining undissolved cannabinoid - in order to have a known strength and not two bottles with very different concentrations you will need to combine these again once the cannabinoid is fully dissolved.
You now have a c-liquid at a known concentration which can be vaped in a normal e-cigrarette device or mod. Don't use tanks you've used for c-liquids for e-liquid. Always treat with caution and start out very slowly with small puffs and wait for a few minutes to see if any effect develops. Always label the bottle clearly so you - and anyone else who might find it and not know that it's full of powerful psychotropic drugs that can cause terrifying panic or possibly fatalities in overdose - don't mix it up.
And that's how I make c-liquids for my own use.
This reply is longer than I wanted, but I do have some experience in this area. Hopefully this will help you come up with a workable plan.
First of all, microdosing might help you see the harm that the adderall is doing to you, and may even help you with the motivation. But, to succeed, you'll still need a plan and a certain level of self-discipline.
Although, I have never taken adderall, I have managed to get myself off of addictive medication (benzos, various psychiatric meds etc) a number of times in the past. Many of these meds had horrendous side effects, even if you skipped just even 1 or 2 doses. The best approach, in my opinion, is to taper off of them slowly. This requires discipline, a plan of action, and a continual review as to how you are feeling. Tapering slowly minimizes the side effects and gives you the best chance of remaining functional during the process.
You can google the best way to taper off of adderrall, but here's an example of how I got myself off of Duloxetine. Note that Duloxetine is known to have really bad withdrawals, and the company even got sued because they understated just how bad they were. I started this process when I was taking 120mg a day.
Week 1: reduce dosage to 90 mg
Week 2: reduce to 60 mg. Then...
2 days at 30 mg
2 days at 15 mg
2 days at 7.5 mg
2 days at 3.75 mg
Note that the capsules I was prescribed came in a minimum dosage of 30 mg. Once I got to this point, I had to open the capsules and calculate the number of balls inside each one. I did this using a set of reasonably accurate scales. I worked out that each 30 mg capsule contained 320 balls. So when I got down to 3.75 mg, I was counting out 40 balls for my daily dosage. I then reduced this as follows:
1 day at 30 balls
1 day at 20 balls
1 day at 10 balls
1 day at 5 balls
1 day at 2 balls
1 day at 1 ball
This approach worked well for me, and I although I still experienced some withdrawal effects, I felt that they were manageable. These side effects lasted for about 4-8 weeks, but lessened each week.
A couple of points to note about tapering:
It's worth doing this under the supervision of a doctor, but bear in mind that some doctors don't give the best advice in this area. For example, my shrink wanted me to taper off the Duloxetine much faster. However, I already knew from my research that many people had experienced unbearable side effects using the schedule he suggested. I decided to slow it down, knowing that I could go back to my doctor if things got too bad. Do your own research to find out what tapering strategies have worked for others, and the side effects they experienced.
Only change one thing at a time, e.g. don't try and taper off of two different substances at the same time. If you experience issues, you want a clear idea as to what is causing them. So, keep smoking the weed - you can taper off of that later.
Monitor how you feel on a daily basis. If the side effects get too bad, then it's a good indication that you are going to fast. In this case, you should revert to your previous dose until you feel normal(ish) again, and then resume your taper at a slower pace.
You might want to get a set of decent scales, a tablet cutter and some empty gel capsules (all available on amazon). This is so that you can measure out smaller doses when you want to go below one tablet.
If you are going to start microdosing, then either start it a few weeks before you do the taper, or wait until you've been off the adderrall for a while (see point 2).

You sound like you have a sensible approach. In terms of the substance itself, I'd say your three most important bits of guidance should be:
1) Don't take it so often. Repeated use can really screw up your brain chemistry. While some might consider the literal three-month rule excessive (for example, I believe the MAPS clinical trial protocols call for 120 mg total every 2 weeks, but of course there's a supervising psychologist in that mix), daily or even weekly use is unambiguously unsafe. Plus, yeah, it makes you feel like crap... sometimes for months in a row, and more won't make you feel much better, except briefly.
2) Don't take so much. 100 mg should be enough for a great roll for an average-size 16-year old girl. Unlike a lot of substances, more is not better, nor longer lasting, just increasingly more toxic. Crystal/powder is great since you can easily use a scale, but get that scale! $20 from Amazon gets you a good one:
