I would also say, get a bidet sprayer like this one. It can be installed in 5 mins, and can be removed when you move out. Note that a bidet sprayer is much more healthier than TP, comes with significant cost savings, and you can always use bidet sprayer in randem with TP to pat dry. You bet your ass that I am right!

A shattaf (hand bidet) can be very easily installed.
It's basically a sprayer attachment (like the kind on some kitchen sinks) that you plumb between the toilet water supply valve and the tank.
So the water supply will split between the tank (to fill it) and the shattaf, which usually has its own valve (to avoid leaks).
Here is one that seems OK (B grade on Fakespot) but more than I'd recommend spending if you aren't sure about incorporating this into your lifestyle.
You could always go the third-world route (like I was accustomed to) to get familiar with the practice (or even do it long-term), and use a pitcher/watering jug.
Or you can stop smearing your own shit around on your ass with paper and just use water like much of the 3rd world.
Yes, I couldn't go back to TP after spending a year in Thailand. So I bought this handy dandy bum gun. It'll strip paint on full blast but it only takes five minutes to install and works really well.
Keep in mind that the water may be cold, really cold, in your home country as compared to the sweet warm waters of Thailand. YMMV but there's no better way to be clean.

My life has changed completely with my Ass Blaster2000. I have, rather than a bidet, a sprayer (shattaf -- the best named thing ever), my toilet is right across from my sink (which the AssBlaster 2000 attaches to). I sit down to do my business, adjust the water temperature to a nice warm setting, let my asshole do it's duty, flip the little lever and spray down the butt-crack.
