So it's very hit or miss but I've been using an IPL on my face to decent effect. It only really works if you've got dark hair and pale-ish skin, so it leaves a lot of people out. That said, I've been using it once a week for awhile now and while it hasn't stopped growth altogether, it's slowed it down enough that a little bit of foundation will last all day with no visible shadow.
