Yeah, the first spinner should spin at 65 cents and below, and the second spinner at 50 cents and below, assuming 1st spinner has gone over or been surpassed, although staying at 55 cents vs spinning again is a close call probabilistically for the 2nd spinner.. Hard to analyze the amount of strength without being on the show, but it's a good question.
