Correct. But there is nothing wrong to go the diy route. If you are going for it and use the pix i guess it would be superior to the p3... As for diy and maybe my next build: Arris M680 + Arris Motors + Sony DSC-RX100 iV + Pixhawk Worth every penny... and small enough for travel. Try ecalc to get a feeling how much airtime you will get with this setup. If you are going for keep us posted :)
