Marine head units usually don't wash out in direct sunlight like a lot of current aftermarket car head units will. They have LCD display, backlit, rather than LED.

I have a Kenwood "mechless" that is showing unavailable on Amazon now. A lot of marine units are white or silver, but black models can be found if you look around.
I had this exact headunit on my bike up until a month ago. It works awesome for the money but I needed more amp out puts to run my saddlebag speakers. You'll need an install kit to secure it in the fairing and you'll need to do a little splicing to retain your controls. Mine worked perfectly for the ~year I had it on the bike and that included riding in a few heavy rainstorms and a decent dust storm. If you plan on adding anything more than a 2 channel amp Sony makes one with more outputs.
I put this Sony marine is about 8 months ago. Works and sounds awesome! Bluetooth too my phone for music! Sony Marine Head Unit
I have this Sony headunit on my Road King that I put a road glide fairing on. I got this adapter kit and it comes with a harness adapter to make the headunit work with stock controls.
Sony makes a reasonably priced setup that's waterproof, has Bluetooth, and and can be made to work with the stock controls. Plus its only about $250 for everything
You'll need adapters for the speakers and head unit but its only $30-$40 for both
