2 cups unsalted nuts (almonds, peanuts, cashews, etc) 1 cup granulated sugar 2 tsp powdered honey 1/3 cup water optional: dash of cinnamon or salt to taste (I like cinnamon but neither is authentic)
Notes: If you don’t reduce heat the sugar will re-melt and begin to burn. Likewise if you take the mixture off the heat too soon you’ll end up with nuts in a brittle/caramel like coating which isn’t quite as good.
