I bought this one on Amazon with the add-on headrest, and I find it very comfortable. It has an adjustable lumbar support if that helps. It seem well built, and has been in use for over three years now with little sign of wear. Lots of adjustments, though I think is lacks the ability to tilt the seat forward if you need that. I thought it was a decent and affordable substitute for an H-M Aeron.
